I sent my 1 year old child here for nearly 12 months and couldn’t wait to get him out! The lack of care that these poor kids get is absolutely sickening and how it isn’t investigated heavily is beyond me. I picked my son up with his nappy nearly at his knees and completely wet through I decided to weigh it to see how heavy it was and to my surprise 470g! On a 1 year old! You could hear it sloshing! and the app said it was changed 20mins prior! That was clearly I lie. This is only 1 example of many. Your kids will not get the care they need and they simply do not care. Don’t send your child here you’ll be paying a premium for well below par service

The 4-year-old kinder program was managed quite roughly compared to the fees charged and the expectations set. Naz and Jass were both wonderful teachers who did their best; however, the ongoing behavioural issues among some children made it very difficult for others to learn and grow. I would not prefer my child to be in an environment where a child with behavioural issues is frequently hitting, throwing things, and even seen hitting an educator and that has been happening from last couple of months more , because of the dynamics of one or two children and is impacting my child because she comes home and tell everything.The management really needs to address and resolve this situation to ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all children.

I strongly urge parents not to send their children to this centre. Our child was repeatedly bitten by another child which has left a permanent scar on his face as well as other children being bitten, punched, and kicked yet the centre continued to allow this boy to remain in their care. On top of this, our child required surgery after his finger was severely damaged by a fault in the sliding door. To this day, the centre has not provided confirmation that the door has been properly repaired. When we raised concerns, they were dismissed, and our requests were not taken seriously. Communication with families is extremely poor/daily updates not provided, staff appear overwhelmed, and the high turnover makes it impossible for children to build consistent relationships. The level of care fell far below expectations, and at no point did we feel our child’s wellbeing was a priority. This was our first experience with care, and to say we were left bitterly disappointed and distraught is an understatement.

Went for a tour and I am writing to express my disappointment as the expectations didn’t feel like they were not up to mark in toddlers room , the staff was more bothered about covering their break and didn’t actually bothered as I was looking to enrol my child there, this seem to lack of meaningful interaction

I had a very disappointing experience at Aspire Childcare. I recently went there with my cousin to drop off her child and was genuinely shocked by what I saw. The staff looked extremely stressed and short-staffed, and the atmosphere felt chaotic and unwelcoming. I saw one staff member standing on a stationary tractor doing nothing, while another stood in the sandpit with hands in their pockets, speaking in another language in what sounded like an argument. It didn’t feel like a safe or nurturing environment for children at all. Most concerning was hearing that children are scared to go there because staff have shouted at them. That’s absolutely unacceptable in any childcare setting. I strongly advised my cousin to remove her child from this centre. Based on what I observed, I would not feel comfortable sending any child here. I hope the management seriously looks into the staffing issues and the behaviour of their team before more families are affected.

If I had to give a Childcare centre a 0 Aspire would be top of my list . Aspire Childcare has been a huge disappointment. They are not inclusive of all families and fail to communicate properly with parents. My niece’s drink bottle was left in her bag all day, meaning she had no access to water. Even worse, she was left sitting in a high chair for long periods while other children engaged in activities. If your child has additional needs, don’t expect proper care or support. This center does not prioritize the well-being of all children, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
