I've had my daughter at 2 different daycares prior to Kool Beanz Casuarina, this centre is by far the best one! Since day one, the educators and managers have been so welcoming and supportive. My daughter is thriving in the Junior Kindy room and so is my baby in the babies room. Miss Rose in the babies room is an absolute angel - really appreciate her! All the staff are seemingly good friends and seem to really enjoy their work - they feel more like a family to us than just educators. Can't recommend enough :)

It has taken me over a year to be able to write this review because every time I thought about my experience with Kool Beanz, I felt upset all over again. My daughter attended this centre for one year — only because I had no other option at the time. She started at 7 months old, and throughout that entire year I cried almost every week from stress and worry. While the educators themselves were lovely and clearly tried their best, the management was a completely different story. The level of care, organisation, and responsibility was extremely poor. Many times there were no educators present at drop-off. During school holidays, the manager’s young daughter (around 7 or 8 years old) was brought in to “help” look after the babies — which is completely unacceptable. My daughter had a confirmed milk allergy, yet one day the centre contacted me claiming she had reacted to coconut milk. Instead of admitting a mistake, they tried to blame an allergy that doesn’t even exist for her. It felt like they thought I wouldn’t notice or question it, which was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After leaving, I’ve met many mums who had the exact same concerns and experiences. Now that my daughter is at a different centre, I truly realise how bad things were. The difference is night and day — we finally feel safe, supported, and cared for. I cannot recommend Kool Beanz to anyone. In my experience, there was no care, no empathy, and no genuine concern for the children. I honestly hope things change, because no family should have to go through what we did. Ps. It’s also important to mention: please don’t be fooled by all the glowing reviews. The centre gives out prizes and incentives to encourage parents to leave positive reviews, which creates a very misleading impression of the quality of care.

My 3 Children absolutely LOVE Kool Beanz. The Nursery has made the transition back to work from Maternity Leave so much easier then I thought. They give regular updates and the stories at the end of the day are such a piece of mind that my babies are being looked after and cared for. My Twins in the Senior Kindy room are always excited to go and love showing me all the things they have done for the day. I’m always greeted with a smile from the staff and love how all the carers seem to know all the children’s names (even from different rooms).

We love Kool Beanz Casuarina! Our boys are excited to head into the centre and get to experience lots of fun, educational and exciting activities each day. The educators are amaxing and provide great communication! We love the daily photo updates. The boys always tell me about their yummy food and the new things they learn each day. We highly recommend this centre

My two girls love Kool Beanz. They both settled in beautifully into their new daycare and the educators have been outstanding. The additional activities that Kool Beanz offers is fantastic, my eldest loves learning tennis there as well as all the STEM and other activities Kool Beanz provides.
