Green Trees Early Learning Centre is truly the best ELC I have ever seen or heard of (many mums around me often shared stories about their own childcare experiences, so I’ve heard a lot). Our child started at this centre at 1 year old, and every single educator has been incredibly responsible, caring, and genuinely passionate about looking after children. We can feel that they truly love what they do, and it’s never “just a job” for them. One thing we appreciate deeply is how stable the educator team is. Throughout our child’s two years here, he has always been cared for by familiar educators — unlike many other centres where there are many casuals and new faces all the time. This stability gave us so much peace of mind. Another thing that constantly reassures us is how well the teachers communicate with each other. I delivered some information in the morning to the teacher who receives my child, and by lunchtime, when I message to check in, the teacher already knows and takes actions. In the afternoon, another teacher would bring it up again when I pick my child up. Even though they may be different teachers during the day, it means that they communicate effectively and work as a strong team. This also reflects the excellent management of the centre. The centre always has spare clothes, pants, and hats available. Even on days when the spare clothes we packed weren’t enough, or when the weather changed suddenly, we never had to worry that our child would be uncomfortable or cold. These thoughtful details make parents feel so relieved and cared for — and there are so many moments like this. Even though the hardware and facilities are not as “fancy” or spacious as many new centres, and even though they don’t have an “exceeding” rating on the official assessments (which I know many parents consider very important when choosing a centre at the beginning), I truly want to say: this place feels like a warm, clean, loving home. And the educators care for the children the way family members would care for their own little ones — with heart, responsibility, and genuine love. Every sentence in this review comes from my sincere gratitude to the entire Green Trees team. Our child has spent two years here filled with joy, comfort, and happiness. We are so thankful to have found this centre.

From the moment we enrolled, it was clear that they genuinely care about each child’s development and well-being. My daughter Orla spent almost 3 years in Green Tree, I believe she has great experience in there and keep the precious memory forever. Orla met lots of friends in Green Tree, learned a lot from there thanks to all the hardworking educators such as Michelle, Summer, Jenny, Fanny, etc. Orla feels happy everyday and shared a lot of stories when she come home. We can feel the educators are very patient, and kind to every kids there. Now Orla is graduated from Green Tree and go to the next stage of her life, she still ask us if she can visit Green Tree when she doesn't need to go to school. Thanks again for Green Tree, you are one of Orla's best memories in her life.

We've put three kids through Green Trees and can't speak highly enough of the centre, the educators, and Michelle the director. A wonderful experience every day and our children loved it as well as learnt so much. They are really much more than a child minding service, we will miss them.
