Beach Kids Chinderah is owned and operated by a family with over 20 years of experience helping children and educators fourish within the Early Childhood Eduation and Care industry.
Our Beach Kids Chinderah team consists of outstanding educators who bring a diverse array of qualifications, skills, and experience. Their infectious positivity and deep dedication to Early Childhood Education and Care ensure that our service maintains an exceptionally low turnover rate. Families can feel confident knowing their children will encounter familiar and friendly faces every day, fostering the opportunity to develop strong connections with their educators over time.
With our Beach Kids Communication App, families can engage in ongoing and transparent communication while receiving regular updates on their children's learning and progress. Our inclusive open-door policy welcomes families to actively participate in the development and evaluation of our educational programs and policies. We value everyone's input, as it contributes to making Beach Kids an extraordinary, supportive environment for work, learning, and play.
The Beach Kids menus are developed by a qualified child nutritionist, and the menus are displayed for the parents to read each week. There are many hands-on food activities, plenty of culturally appropriate and diverse foods, the option for children to serve themselves to help them learn about making good choices, seeing food as a positive, enjoyable part of life, and ensuring that children can be independent by offering child-sized equipment for them to use.
Children may be receiving the majority of their daily food intake while at Beach Kids, so the centre sees it as essential that they provide high quality and nutritious meals. All allergies, medical conditions, religious beliefs, special diets, and cultural requirements are observed.
Some of the children’s favourite meals include spaghetti bolognese and sandwiches filled with fresh chicken, cheese and salad.
Educators provide age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and use of the five senses. There are physical activities that support large and small muscle development. The centre seeks to develop caring and sharing partnerships with all parents.
Communication is provided through newsletters, daily report forms, daily conversations, and parent-teacher conferences. Children take part in activities such as conversational reading, learning games and singing.
The active children in this room are busy using all of their senses to discover the world. Children enjoy a wide variety of activities within an outline where cooperative play is encouraged.
Curriculum areas of art, math, science, cooking, music and movement, large muscle, practical life, dramatic play, language, arts and fine motor activities are provided. Through these activities, children are learning to be able to trust their own desires and choices about what they learn, hear, see and do. They also begin to share these experiences with others.
This environment is designed to meet the overall needs of preschoolers and to facilitate their development through age-appropriate experiences. The Preschool room focuses on preparing children for school and coordinating goals with age-appropriate content, to ensure that preschool children will have the best opportunity for success.
Beach Kids Chinderah provides an exceptional Government Approved Preschool program incorporated into our long day care setting, meaning Preschool families can still enjoy the flexibility of extended care hours. The Preschool program is delivered by University Qualified Teacher and because of this, our families receive a minimum of $41 weekly discount on their “gap” fees. Our comprehensive Preschool curriculum incorporates School Readiness and Transition to School Programs.
Our program effectively equips children with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the opportunities and challenges they will encounter in a formal school setting, empowering them to thrive academically and socially.

If your child turns 4 years old on or before 31 July 2025 and is enrolled in the preschool program at Beach Kids Early Learning &Preschool, you will receive up to $2,110 in fee relief.
If your child is 3 years old and not yet 4 years old on, or before 31 July in 2025 and is enrolled at Beach Kids Early Learning & Preschool, you will receive up to $500 in fee relief.
This fee relief is available to families attending Beach Kids Early Learning & Preschool in the 2025 Start Strong for Long Day Care program.
The fee relief will be passed on to you by Beach Kids Early Learning & Preschool as a weekly reduction to your session fee or gap fee. The reduction will be shown to you in a regular invoice or statement.
The fee relief is in addition to and will not impact your Child Care Subsidy payments provided by the Australian Government. Fee relief is not means-tested, and there are no residency or visa requirements.
After the Child Care Subsidy and fee relief have been applied, you will still need to pay any gap fees remaining.
