They create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where our child has grown in confidence and looks forward to attending.<br><br>Communication with families is excellent, with regular updates and photos that give us peace of mind throughout the day. We’ve had a great experience here. The staff communicate really well always keep us updated, which gives us peace of mind.<br>They’re incredibly attentive and truly care about the kids, always making sure they’re safe, happy, and well looked after.<br>What we especially appreciate is how supportive they are during different developmental stages. Whenever our baby goes through a challenging phase, the team works closely with us to come up with solutions and alternative approaches. Those collaborations and care really means a lot.

We love Inspire Preston! My oldest went there for 2 years and my youngest is now there. Even though it's part of a large chain, the main staff at this centre make it feel like a family. The staff all know the children and genuinely care for them. The facilities / play equipment are updated regularly and they frequently have interesting incursions and excursions. Special shout-out to Willow staff members Ms Margarita and Ms Anoshia who have looked after both my kids, as well as Ms Lucy, Ms Emily, and Ms Asmita who cared for my oldest; they have all been wonderful. Also Ms Jessie and Ms Nikki for always giving a friendly welcome at the front desk and answering queries very promptly!

We are incredibly happy with the care and support our daughter receives at this childcare centre. Our daughter has been starting at this childcare since she was 6months old. The educators are caring, patience, and genuinely passionate about helping children learn and grow. From day one, they made our daughter feel welcomed, safe, and comfortable.<br><br>We have seen tremendous growth in her confidence, social skills, and development since attending. The staff are very supportive, and keep us well informed about her progress.<br><br>Thank you to the wonderful team for providing such a good care, safe and positive environment for the children.

We’ve been with them for over three years now. The staffs genuinely care about each child’s growth and happiness. Very low stuff turnover. It’s a family-like environment and from reception to each room every child is known by name. The food they provide always nutrients balanced and healthy. Besides the daily update with photos, monthly reports by email with all the program they’re running and seasonal food Menu so on. Kids get to celebrate all cultures with festivals in the centre and events.<br>I would highly recommend this centre if you live around Preston.
