I recently completed my placement at this One early education and had a fantastic experience thanks to Ellie, Nicole and staff.They were incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly, making it easy for me to finish my placement.I want to express my gratitude to everyone 🌸

So thankful for the lovely staff and directors at One Early Learning Officer. Ellie and Nicole run it beautifully. I have 3 boys that attend, beyond thankful for the support that ties back into our family. They always update me about their day, request for particular goals and update me, and they work alongside our strategies at home with the boys. They provide great resources. Lovely community. Beyond thankful.

The team at One Early Education Officer are exceptional! They provide such a high level of care to my children and despite our family moving out of the area we kept them enrolled here which goes to show we are extremely satisfied with the team here. Our children are comfortable and happy and get excited when they know it’s time to go to daycare each day. Both my children’s overall development has immensely improved since commencing at this centre. The use of the Storypark app allows peace of mind knowing I can check in at anytime and we love the daily photo updates and detailed development plans for each child. Ellie and Nicole are always ready to listen about our days and willing to help and tailor things to our children’s needs/ wants as needed. Overall we are beyond grateful to the whole team and appreciate their efforts each day!!! Thank you Team :)

Since my son has started 4 year old Kindergarten this year, One Early Education has been so welcoming and supportive with our transition into this centre! 😊

Couldn’t speak highly enough about the center and its staff. My 2 year old has been going there since the start of the year and everyday I see her smiling at drop off and pick up. The staff are so friendly and engaging with the kids. Always updating me with any information about her day. I can tell that they have so much love and care for her and every child and are so genuine and hard working. I’m so happy with the decision to send my daughter here. Thank you team officer for making life as a working mum so much easier knowing she is safe and cared for dearly.

My eldest daughter is in her third year of daycare at One, and my youngest started in the infant room approximately 6 months ago. The management staff are knowledgeable, helpful and take the time each day to speak to the children. The educators in the rooms are exceptional. Both my daughters have created deep bonds with their respective educators in their rooms. As a mum, it makes all the difference in the morning dropping them off, knowing how safe my children feel and knowing how well they're being cared for. I highly recommend this facility.

Not Recommended at all... poor management...

Unfortunately, our experience with the childcare center was not a positive one. We were very disappointed to learn from someone else that our son was left alone in a room for hours. Additionally, we found that the educators were not particularly welcoming and did not seem to prioritise the best interests of the children.

We started at One back in June when we first moved to the area. Our family was so nervous about starting a new day care, as our three year old had some issues will bullying at her previous day care, that really effected her confidence. As soon as we walked into One, Ellie and Nicole were so welcoming, asking our daughter questions and actively excited to hear her answers. The change has been night and day. From a very timid girl, who struggled with drop offs, to such a happy and confident person who bounces up the hall way to her class room, and is confident to speak her mind if front of any adult. Our daughter tells us about all about her friends, and how she loves her teachers. We are so lucky to have found One. They have helped bring out a side of our daughter we didnt know was there.

We have recently moved over to One Early Education and couldn't be happier! Ellie and Nicole made the enrolment process easy and stress free and along with the educators have made our whole family feel welcome! The facilities are amazing and our son is always engaged in a range of learning experiences. We are so happy we made the change and would highly recommend the service to any parents looking for care.
