Children’s Garden is the most wonderful, magical childcare centre. I dropped my children off with confidence that they would be held in a safe loving environment with staff that have been there for years, and cared for them as I would. I could not recommend it more highly.

My review & this information is in response to your reply, as it seems you are not across all the right information. -If a place was not available, why do I have a letter of offer from you, why have you taken his personal docs (birth certificate & immunisation history) and why did I pay for his first weeks attendance? -The bond you mention has been discussed in emails with your reception, refer 05 and 10 June - perhaps check with your staff before writing about the bond. -I have been honest in all my dealings and seems you were ready to form prejudices as you have interestingly indicated in your mention of an 'application'. ALL children have a legal right to childcare regardless of what you may think/assume of them. -Lastly, you accepted my sons enrolment and had him attend 3 orientations, then cancelled 2 business days before he was due to begin.

Children’s Garden KinderCare has been a true blessing for our family. Our child has been attending for the past four years, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and support we’ve received. The teachers are dedicated and nurturing, they also create a safe and enriching environment where our child has truly thrived. The management team is incredibly supportive and always goes above and beyond to make families feel welcomed and heard. We feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful place for our child to grow, learn, and be loved.

We had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this center. After doing two tours and attending three orientation sessions, we chose this centre for our son because they assured us the room had more educators and a calmer environment—something that aligns with our son’s needs. They offered us three days per week, and based on that commitment, we gave notice to our son’s previous child care provider. To our complete shock, just days before he was meant to begin, we received a phone call saying his spot was no longer available because children with “higher needs” had taken up the capacity. No prior warning, no alternative, and no responsibility taken. Thanks to their incompetence and poor management, we are now left without any child care for our son next week. We are working parents who now have to scramble for solutions due to their inconsiderate and unreliable conduct. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for families.

Children’s Garden Kindercare is a magical place full of caring and wonderful educators and staff. We are still pinching ourselves that we found such a lovely environment. They make the transition from home to care such a positive experience for children and parents because of the nurturing and loving approach they adopt. It is an oasis right next to the city full of beautiful playing spaces, natural toys, organic food and friendly faces. Cannot recommend highly enough!

It’s warm and inviting, nurturing for the senses, beautiful with a calm atmosphere and incredible teams in each room who deeply care for the children and lovingly offer developmentally appropriate programs. Childrens Garden, just a stone’s throw from the city, is true sanctuary.

An absolutely amazing daycare and kindergarten! My child has been at Children Garden Kindercare for 4 years and loves it. The educators are warm and caring, the Steiner curriculum means the children get to play with toys in natural materials and they have many opportunities to grow their creativity. My child can play by herself longer stretches of time than my older child who didn't go to a Steiner daycare and I attribute it to the creativity she has been able to develop at Childrens Garden. They also learn a much richer vocabulary than in mainstream daycares because of the elaborate vocabulary of the beautiful songs they learn. The food is also amazing as it is all organic. I highly recommend Childrens Garden Kindercare!
