Absolutely love this centre and the staff. They do an amazing job of making sure my son feels welcome and comfortable when he’s in their care. They were comfortable caring for my son when he was on oxygen and took the time to learn and be trained in the area. I was never once concerned about him.

My wife and I have sent our son here since he was one year old and we couldn't be happier. Our son is anaphylactic to many types of nuts so we really liked the fact that they provide cooked meals daily and could tailor the menu options to accommodate his dietary requirements. The regular updates from the app throughout the day definitely help to alleviate some of the stress from having to leave our child with someone else too!

I would not recommend the Morphett Vale Center. Despite raising serious concerns (including highly sensitive disclosures from my child), HR failed to act. After multiple meetings and emails, nothing ever changed. My son was bitten or hurt five times in one week by the same child, yet nothing was done. I even received messages through the Xplor-Er app admitting educators watched incidents unfold without stepping in until things got out of hand. While my child is not perfect and sometimes started conflicts, the lack of proactive intervention and the immediate negative labeling made him feel like a “troublemaker” rather than supported. On top of this, constant staff turnover means no stability, and for children with neurodiversities on NDIS, the focus was overwhelmingly negative—even when my child achieved big milestones like toilet training. This is not a safe or supportive environment. For your child’s wellbeing, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
