We have had a wonderful experience at this childcare centre. The centre has been part of the local community for over 10 years, and it’s easy to see why so many families trust them with their children.<br>The kindergarten Teacher Miss Gaby is incredibly talented, caring, and passionate about helping children learn and grow. The educators are warm, nurturing, and genuinely care about the children. Many of the teachers have been at the centre for a long time, which creates a stable, family-like environment. They are like mother figures to the children and make them feel safe, loved, and supported every day.<br>The management team leads by example and is a true role model for the educators. Their commitment to high standards, professionalism, and genuine care is reflected throughout the entire centre.<br>We are so grateful for everything they have done for our son and would highly recommend Little Ducks Bardon to any family looking for a caring, supportive, and high-quality early learning environment. As parents of two young children, choosing a daycare was one of the biggest decisions we had to make, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have found this wonderful community.<br><br>Our daughter has absolutely thrived here. She has formed beautiful friendships, developed so much confidence and independence, and comes home excited to share stories about her day. The educators have taken the time to truly know her as an individual, nurturing her interests, supporting her through different stages of development, and celebrating the little moments that mean so much to us as parents.<br><br>One of the things we value most is the genuine warmth and care shown by the educators. They are not simply doing a job. They build meaningful relationships with the children and create an environment where children feel safe, seen, and loved. As parents, there is no greater comfort than knowing your child runs into daycare happily each morning and feels secure in the people caring for them.<br><br>We are also incredibly thankful for the support our family has received as we welcomed our second child. Navigating work, parenting, and the transition to life with two little ones has not always been easy, and having a daycare team that communicates openly, shows kindness, and partners with us has made a world of difference.<br><br>A special thank you to the educators who have been part of our kids’ journey. I cannot recommend Miss Jay and the team at Little Ducks highly enough - we trust them completely with our toddler (and soon also our baby who is joining as well). As far as I can tell the best indicator of a good culture is low staff turnover and we’ve had fabulous continuity of care for years now. The teachers are warm, caring and highly trained/educated, offering a highly personalised approach and gently encouraging the kids to become more of themselves in a supported environment. The team offers a supported, gradual transition right up to the kindy program with excellent and thoughtful policies, eg a primary carer moving up with each group of students that graduate to the next room. I’m continually impressed by them and look forward to being part of the Little Ducks community for years to come.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Little Ducks Bardon. Both my boys started in daycare at 8 month old. Ms Martha has been absolutely wonderful at supporting the drop off transition each morning in the nursery. And Ms Niki has also played a massive role supporting us to drop off our older son. We are so grateful to them and all the staff. Too many to list them all! We also found ourselves moving house when our eldest was almost 2 years old, but decided to stay local so we could continue at Little Ducks.

If you're considering this centre for your little one, I cannot recommend it highly enough! I'm so grateful we found Little Ducks and my son got to spend a special year in the Kindy room with Miss Gabby, Miss Wendy and the rest of the wonderful staff at Little Ducks. He has grown in confidence and is well and truly ready for BIG school, thanks to your guidance and care for him. We have experienced 4 centres over the years (with 3 boys), and Little Ducks has by far been our favourite. From the staff, to the space and everything in between - it's been a wonderful centre and my son has LOVED his time there, ALWAYS excited to go to Kindy. We are SO SAD to be leaving Little Ducks for big school, and will miss you all so much. Thank you for the amazing work you do!

Amazing daycare centre! My kid is attending full time and loves going to kindy at Little Ducks. The educators centre managers are very friendly, caring and know all the kids. The staff turnover is also very low, which is a huge plus!

My little one has been at Little Ducks since he turned one, and we couldn’t be happier. It’s a smaller centre, which is one of the many reasons we chose it. The teachers are always on the floor with the kids — singing, reading, and creating the most wonderful activities for them. His teachers - Tassie, Martha, Chrish, Tatiane, Kaia - and everyone else we’ve met, are all so lovely, and I feel so grateful that my boy is surrounded by people who genuinely care for him. He started walking this month, and his teachers were just as excited as we were! Jay and Michelle (management) lead by example and are always present in the classrooms, making sure the children are happy and engaged. I also really appreciate how willing they are to work with parents on each child’s specific needs, whether it’s eating, sleeping, or settling in. We’re new to Brisbane and have no family in Australia, but Little Ducks has truly made the transition so much easier for us. I can’t thank them enough for the amazing work they do every day. Highly recommend!

We have used Little Ducks Bardon for our daughter for nearly five years, she has had a wonderful experience growing up and learning with educators and carers in all of the rooms, from nursery, toddlers through to kindy. A service you can be confident in, it has been a delight knowing the supportive and genuinely kind team at Little Ducks Bardon.

Couldn’t recommend Little Ducks at Bardon more highly. Jeandra and Michelle made what initially felt like an overwhelming process (being new to daycare with our firstborn and returning to work) so easy, and were such a reassuring support to me. My daughter started at Little Ducks at 11 months; her educators Miss Martha, Miss Chrish, Mr Tassie and Miss Tatiane are all absolutely wonderful and she has built strong bonds with them all which is testament to their skill and dedication as early childhood educators. The rooms are small, the educators are a strong team, and there is such a solid focus on children’s development, a safe and positive environment and community. The management team’s communication, and responsiveness to feedback is also terrific. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to send our daughter to Little Ducks.
