Wanslea (now Uplyft) is where our son started daycare when he was 18 months old. As first-time parents, we were naturally nervous about leaving him in someone else's care for the first time, but Fernanda and her team made us all feel so welcome, safe, and supported from day one. One of the things we appreciated most was the consistency of the staff. Many of the staff have been there for years, which speaks volumes about the centre. They are experienced, genuinely caring, and consistently go above and beyond for the children and their families. And the food also always looked and smelt so yum - always made me hungry at drop off!

My son has been attending for about a year, and enjoys his days at daycare. The staff have been great, genuinely caring about our son and making sure he feels welcome and supported. We also love that there are many long standing staff members, and outdoor spaces that feel natural and invite play!

Our child has been in the centre for a few years. We are very impressed with the limited staff turnover, so the educators know them and can build bonds over time. The curriculum is well developed and the food is a highlight. Would recommend unconditionally.

Both our children attended the Uplyft Early Learning Centre in Joondana. We had the most wonderful experience, knowing that our children were safe, cared for, in a creative vibrant environment. We build very strong relationships with the educators and our child's dietary requirements due to allergies were catered for. We recently left as both children are now in full time school and it felt genuinely so sad to leave this wonderful family and community that has looked after us so well.

Our family had a great experience with the Centre. Educators were caring and genuinely dedicated to the children’s wellbeing. Years later, the kids still talk about the educators 😊 One of the things we appreciated most was stability of the staff - they had very low turnover which helped in building strong relationships.

I am incredibly grateful to the wonderful team at Wanslea (Uplyft) who cared for my three children between 2018 and 2024. Although our children only attended one day per week, they were always welcomed and supported with the same care, attention, and dedication as children who attended more regularly. The educators built genuine relationships with each of our children and created a warm, nurturing environment where they felt safe and valued. A special mention goes to the support provided to our son, who found drop-offs particularly challenging. The staff were patient, understanding, and proactive in working with us to trial different strategies and build on his strengths to help him transition successfully. Their care and commitment made a real difference to both him and our family. The communication, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the entire team were exceptional. We watched all three of our children grow in confidence and independence during their time here, and we couldn't have asked for a better start to their early learning journey. I highly recommend this service to any family looking for a caring and supportive childcare centre.

Both my boys attended Uplyft from the time they were one until in full time school. The educators are amazing and helped us navigate all the new challenges that came our way, and both the kids and I made some life long friends that we still see today.
