Walked through with my son before the new year and had Gracie assure us that my son had secured a spot. Gave my email to Gracie the same day and waited to receive the forms within 24 hours, two weeks later I'm ringing Tg's to see where the forms are, they apologised and again led me to believe my son was guaranteed a spot as they just weren't full in terms of kindy kids. Then, two days later I get an email from Gracie stating that there is no spots for my child etc. That's a POS move, but the reason for my review on here is her disgusting 'I'm sorry YOU feel that way' response and attitude. So wrong.
Good morning Mattisha, We are only just now able to confirm our enrolments for 2024, as our existing families take up extra days, and we are then filling available positions in order of registration on our waitlist. We do not confirm positions to any families during our tours or visits to the centre, until we are able to confirm the correct information available about days and rooms that have vacancies. We are happy to place your son on our waitlist and register them with us and we will contact you once a suitable place becomes available.
