My 4-year-old daughter goes to Big Bear, and I’ve already enrolled my toddlers for next year. My daughter loved it from day one. The place feels like home, and the educators feel like family. They are warm, caring, and so genuine with the kids! Their communication is amazing. We get consistent updates, real-time notifications, and beautiful photos at the end of the day that are so satisfying to see. I especially love the little personalised notes about her progress and growth, it really shows how closely they pay attention to each child. Whenever we’ve shared concerns with something our daughter is struggling with, they immediately keep an eye on it, support her, and keep us updated. That kind of care is on another level. We genuinely feel so grateful and at peace knowing she’s in such good hands.

Having my daughter at big bear was the best decision I ever made. I looked at many other centres before going to big bear and walking in I knew this was the school for us. The way everything is presented in a clean and organised way is beautiful. Each and every one of the staff at big bear are so caring, loving and nurturing. I have always felt welcomed and understood and my daughter simply adores her teachers and loves going. I would recommend this school to anyone and everyone looking! You will not be disappointed with the service, staff and learning quality.

Big bear isn’t just a preschool, it’s a family! The staff are absolutely wonderful, the food supplied to the children is not only nutritious but it’s delicious! The centre itself is lovely with lots of play equipment for the children and there are often very fun and educational incursions for all the children to enjoy. My daughters had a wonderful experience at big bear, they learnt so much, had a lot of fun and were both more than ready for kindergarten after their time at this school! We will definitely miss this centre and its staff more than words can describe. I highly recommend this school to everyone looking to enrol their children into daycare!
