Our daughter has been with Mandana since she was 14 months old, and over the past two years she’s absolutely thrived. From day one, it was clear how much Mandana cares about the kids — she creates such a warm, loving and fun environment where they feel safe and happy. Our daughter calls her “Nana Mandana,” which says everything about how close they are and how at home she feels there. The setup is fantastic — there’s a cosy toy room, a quiet nap space, and a great outdoor area with trikes, cubby houses and all kinds of fun activities. Our daughter especially looks forward to the regular outings — to MiniQ at Questacon, PlayUp at Old Parliament House, and local playgroups. She always comes home with stories about her day and proudly shows off her paintings or craft. Mandana’s communication with families is also amazing. We get regular updates, photos and little stories that help us feel connected to our daughter’s day, even when we’re busy at work. Drop-offs are a breeze — our daughter runs in happily every morning — and in the afternoons, it’s usually a challenge to get her to leave! Knowing she’s in such good hands has given us so much peace of mind. We’re incredibly grateful for the love, care and consistency Mandana brings. She’s made such a big difference in our daughter’s early years, and we would happily recommend her to our friends and family.

My daughter spent two amazing years with Mandana since the age of 17 months. She was constantly sick in a big childcare centre, but the situation changed once we moved her to Anahita Family Day Care. My friend recommended a lovely Mandana to me because she aslo had two children in her care just before us. It is a very clean house, with a lot of toys, entertainment and excursions every week. Very supportive and flexible approach with lots of love and smile. My daughter is very excited to go to "Nana Mandana" every morning. My daughter spent 2 years in a full care, 5 days per week, and I have absolutely zero issues or complaints, everything is at a high standard. I admire how Mandana cares about my child and we love our "nana Mandana" a lot. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Our son has thrived during his time (aged 15 months to 3.5 years) in this lovely family daycare run by the ever-energetic Mandana. It is a physically beautiful environment with both indoor and outdoor play areas; absolutely spic and span; and a nurturing caring atmosphere. We have been so happy to trust our son in Mandana's care and he definitely looks forward to his time there. We have no hesitation in recommending Anahita Family Daycare.

We could not be happier with the care Mandana has provided to our youngest daughter over the last two and a half years. Mandana is passionate about early childhood education and loves the children in her care. The children are cared for in a separate home adjacent to the family house, and have access to amazing facilities. They have a toy room (our daughter loves the recently purchased wooden kitchen), lounge and dining area with a book nook and a separate bedroom with cots. The garage is filled with outdoor toys and the children love to play in the cubby houses and ride the trikes and coupes up and down the large driveway. Our daughter especially likes her weekly excursions to miniQ at Questacon and community playgroup where she often brings home her latest painting or craft. When we arrive in the morning our daughter happily runs to Mandana and makes her way to the toy room. We have never had to worry about tears at drop-offs, and sometimes have to drag her away from afternoon playtime at pick up. Thank you, Mandana!

Mandana (or as my son calls her "Nanna") has looked after our son for the last 18 months, and we couldn't be happier with her. She is extremely caring with all the children that she looks after, and treats each of them like her own. The space she has is fantastic and perfect for kids, including a huge area outside for the children to play, and there is every toy a child could ever want. Our child had a language delay, and Mandana worked closely with our speech pathologist and helped our little guy become a chatterbox. He also has asthma and I felt 100% confident in Mandana enacting his asthma plan if needed (which she did). Her communication with us was amazing, and I loved getting photographs and updates about our son throughout the day. She also organised for the kids to go on excursions and visit local attractions, which he loved! It is very bittersweet leaving Anahita's as while it means that our son has grown up and is ready for "big school", we're going to sorely miss seeing Mandana's smiling face every morning and afternoon :(

I am so grateful to the beautiful "Nana Mandana", the manager of Anahita Daycare, for being so supportive of our son and our family. We brought Jack to care with Mandana when he was 7 months. He was so small and really needed an experienced daycare manager who could provide him with education, but also love and attention. He is currently 2 years and 4 months and we could not have found a better place for him. The small size of her groups (maximum 4 children per day) meant that Jack could develop close friendships without feeling overwhelmed. We feel that Mandana is part of our family and hope that we will retain the relationship for years to come. Excellent facilities and high-quality care. Mandana is truly one of the warmest, kindest and most competent educators, with a genuine affection and natural ability to connect with children. We have been fortunate to have her care for two of our children over the past 6 years. Mandana creates an environment that is homely and personal, clean and tidy, and above all, a place where the children feel loved and nurtured, and develop the confidence to learn and explore. My daughter absolutely loves turning up to Mandana’s daycare in the mornings. Mandana also cared for my son who had complex food allergies, eczema and asthma, and I always felt confident that he was receiving the very best of care. With Mandana’s deep experience and understanding of a child’s needs, kind and loving personality, and maturity and personal organisation, I cannot recommend Mandana highly enough. She is a very special find.

This is the absolute best care you could ever find for your child!!!! I have three children, having moved to Canberra and going back to work with a nine-month-old baby I was so nervous that putting him into to care was the wrong choice, absolutely not, I did not know about family daycare with my two older daughters. Mandana is the most caring and loving person to look after your children, I drop him off every day with a sense of content that he is going to Anahita family daycare to be loved but also to learn good habits and to learn, lots of books and singing. We are very sad that our time has almost finished with Mandana although we can honestly say that this has been the best few years to equip our son to head off to preschool. Thank you Mandana you are certainly one of a kind and whatever children get the opportunity to work with you, they are very lucky.

This daycare was a god send as was Mandana. After a rough experience with a larger facility I decided to try my luck with a family daycare for my 8month infant. Mandana was quick to communicate and arrange a meeting. She is super organised, thorough and involved. She respects the childs individual needs and routine and is very thorough with cleanliness and hygiene. Her home is very suitable for children and she has gone out of her way To make it a warm, safe clean and interactive environment. My baby always comes Home so happy and clean! I go to work with a huge peace of mind.
