Aligned with the National Quality Standard and Victorian Child Safe Standards, our framework focuses on nine key areas, including:

At The Hive FairField, learning creates a buzz. Our five Bee programs bring together nutrition, sustainability, creativity, movement and reading to help children explore their interests and grow in confidence.

Our educators weave these experiences into play, balancing guided activities with time for children to imagine, experiment and discover.

Healthy Bees | Nutrition
Daily nutritious meals help children discover new flavours and build healthy eating habits.

Green Bees | Sustainability
Everyday experiences encourage children to care for nature and make thoughtful choices about their environment.

Creative Bees | Arts
Art, music and hands-on activities give children opportunities to imagine and express their ideas.

Buzzing Fits Bees | Sports
Playful movement and sport-based activities develop coordination, confidence and a love of being active.

Library Bees | Reading
Stories, picture books and interactive reading spark imagination and a love of books.

Parent Communication – Staying Connected with KindyHub

At The Hive, we believe that open and meaningful communication is essential to building strong partnerships with families and supporting each child's learning and development.

Through KindyHub, our dedicated parent communication platform, families can stay informed and connected with their child's experiences throughout the day.

Our educators share updates on meals, sleep routines, learning experiences, educational programming and curriculum planning, providing families with valuable insight into their child's daily care and learning journey.
KindyHub also allows families to view photographs, developmental milestones, learning observations, centre announcements and upcoming events, keeping them informed and involved in their child's progress.

Because we believe families should feel connected to their child's experiences, not just at drop-off and pick-up, but throughout their learning journey. Through KindyHub, we bring families closer to the moments, milestones and everyday experiences that matter.
