Our family has had such a wonderful experience at Guardian Mulgrave South.<br><br>From the very beginning, Placida made us feel welcome and supported. As English is not my first language, she was always patient, kind and happy to help. She guided us through the enrolment process, answered all of our questions, and made everything much less stressful.<br><br>We are also incredibly grateful to Trang, who has cared for both of our children. Last year, she helped our daughter through a very difficult stage when she refused to eat almost any food. Trang worked closely with us, shared helpful strategies, and gave us constant support. Thanks to her patience and dedication, our daughter now eats very well. This year, Trang is caring for our son and has also given us thoughtful advice and support regarding his development.<br><br>Every staff member we have met is warm, caring and genuinely loves the children.
