We’ve had such a great experience with our 14 month old attending this centre. All of our worries were listened to and we feel really comfortable sending our daughter. The team are very friendly and professional. The centre is really clean and tidy, and we enjoy that Sophie has put in great structure in our daughter’s room. We love the daily updates and that the team work to our daughter’s usual routine at home.

Cannot recommend bright steps enough. Our daughter is loving the babies room. The staff are so genuine and amazing. They truely care about the children in their care. Lots of communication during the day which I love. They have no issues catering for dietary and other needs.<br>Highly recommend booking a tour!

The staff at Bright Steps are so accommodating and lovely. They go all out for my children (in 2 different rooms), they learn what the children like, and run with it to help with smooth transitions in the morning, always taking photos and posting in the app updating with the children are doing throughout the day. Always happy to answer any of my questions and concerns. Could not recommend them highly enough!

I just thought I would leave my feedback on my experience so far. When the centre first opened, the induction process was fantastic, I can't fault the Director, she went above and beyond with our questions. We felt safe and supported leaving our children in the centres care. Some areas were definitely lacking in the Directors absence, but I can now see immediate change and constant improvement on her return. We feel really lucky to have not only some amazing educators but also one of the best Early Education Professionals in Western Vic leading the centre and advocating for the best conditions for our children.

Lovely staff but very disappointed in with response to emails and information on kinder funding and not receiving updates from head office on why and when families will receive the government funding. Families rely on the government funding kindergarten scheme and this center keeps saying they didn’t do the correct paperwork and continue to repeat the outcome of not knowing. I have emailed them about the issue and still no dates or outcomes for the families.<br>They put their fees up but promise that kindergarten was supposed to happen but they are passed the cut off and still no funding for the families or reassurance to explain why.<br>Working families rely on this and this centre is ignoring the problem.<br>I have no issues with the staff they are great with the children but the head office is letting them down and not acting on their job of getting the funding on time for our children attending this centre.
