I have been a family with cudlles kelmscott for over a year now. I have seen the new management strive for my child to belong and create a nuturing environment. Thanks Stacey for coming and making a huge change and my child feeling welcomed every day we arrive.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Cuddles. The Centre Manager and all of the educators are incredibly friendly, caring, and supportive. I really appreciate that they have consistent educators, which helps the children feel safe and build strong relationships.<br><br>My 3-year-old daughter recently transitioned from another daycare, and I was naturally worried about how she would adapt to a new environment. Thanks to the kindness, patience, and support of all the educators, she settled in much more quickly than I expected and now enjoys going every day.<br><br>A big thank you to the entire team at Cuddles for making this transition such a positive experience for our family. I cannot recommend Cuddles in Kelmscott highly enough. Since Stacey took over as Centre Manager, the positive changes have been incredible. The centre is always clean, welcoming, and beautifully presented, creating a wonderful environment for children to learn and grow.<br>One of the first things you notice when you walk in is children's artwork proudly displayed throughout the centre. It creates a warm, vibrant atmosphere and shows how much the educators value and celebrate each child's creativity and achievements.<br>Stacey's leadership has brought a fresh energy to the centre, and it is evident in the happy, engaging environment that has been created for both children and families. The staff are friendly, caring, and dedicated, and the centre feels organised and well-run. My son joined Cuddles Day Care Kelmscott when he was just 18 months old. At the beginning, he wasn't ready to be away from us even for a second, and I still remember how emotional those first days were. He would cry every day when I dropped him off, but the kindness, patience, and genuine care shown by the staff made all the difference. Over time, he became so comfortable and happy there that the educators felt like family to him. Jane, thank you so much for the wonderful love, care, and support you have given my son throughout his time at Cuddles. Even now, he talks about you every day at home, which shows just how special you are to him. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for taking the time to notice his unique interests, encouraging him, and helping him grow and develop with confidence. Your dedication, warmth, and compassion have meant so much to our family. We are truly grateful for every single day that you have cared for our son and for being such wonderful people in his life. When I first had to put my daughter in daycare I was nervous about it all, I had toured a couple of daycares and they didn’t feel right, the moment I walked into cuddles in kelmscott my daughter reached for an educator to hold her which was not something she had done, I came to find out that the educator was the person she would spend most her day with, Jeikah has an incredible ability to connect with the bubbas and help them feel comfortable and safe, I now have two in daycare and knowing how good the girls are there I was a bit less worried second time around. Thank you cuddles kelmscott, but a massive thank you to Charlotte and Jeikah for being amazing! ❤️

We have been with Cuddles for almost two years now. In that time, we have had a few issues that were sorted out quickly and have seen a few manager changes. However, we always chose to stay due to the wonderful second-in-charge, Miss Jeikah. My daughter has transitioned to the Toddler Room but still comes home every day telling me about getting to see, talk to, or hug "her" Miss Jeikah. Jeikah is not only super approachable and friendly, but she goes above and beyond to give updates, hand over information and remember all the little things, she genuinely cares for all of the kids in the centre.
