im here as a training student and the staff here are so fun and very sweet, they’re all so welcoming and supportive! the facilities are fantastic and all the children seem so loved and taken care of here! 100% recommend this place

I’m a AIWT tafe student that attends cuddles kelmscott every Monday as part of my training, I can assure that every Monday morning when I walk into the centre I’m given a warm welcome and happy smile by the staff. We have been taking our Granddaughter to Cuddles Kelmscott now for 13 months and the Staff have been nothing but friendly ,caring and supportive. Very happy with their professionalism. We really appreciate all the hard work that the girls at Kelmscott Cuddles show each and every day to our two sons. Our 3 year old is thriving in the new classroom setting and he absolutely adores his teachers. He always loves his special visit from Miss Allen on Tuesday’s, and Soccer Matt on Thursdays. Our son has attended this centre for a year now and we are so happy with his progress and we feel confident that the girls have prepared him well for school next year. Our one year old is smitten with his teachers in the baby room, and there is nothing more reassuring then knowing our baby is in safe hands. He comes home happy and content and I couldn’t ask for more as a parent. Thank you girls for all your hard work, you look after our children 5 days a week, that’s not an easy job. You are appreciated.

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic duty of care at Cuddles Kelmscott. My daughter came home with a bite mark from another child, and I was never notified. No phone call, no incident report, nothing. This alone is unacceptable, but it’s not the first time I’ve been left in the dark. On a previous occasion, she returned home with a long scratch running from the top of her thigh to the bottom of her foot. Again, no explanation and no report. Two serious injuries. No accountability. There were multiple incidents where my daughter was injured and I was left in the dark. The casual staff closing are appalling with their communication and choose not to speak about our child at pickup, and tell us talk to the room leader tomorrow to find out more. What makes this worse is the way my concerns were handled when I asked to speak with someone in charge. I requested a professional phone or video meeting with the Operations Manager to discuss the bite incident. Instead, I received a FaceTime call while she was sitting in her car. There was no preparation, no documents, no formal setting. This made it very clear I was not being taken seriously as a parent raising a valid and urgent concern. This is not just poor communication: it’s negligence. I have now filed a formal complaint with ECRU, and I urge other parents to be extremely cautious when considering this centre. You expect your child to be safe and your concerns to be handled with care and professionalism. Unfortunately that has not been my experience here. Cuddles Kelmscott, you have a serious responsibility and it’s time to start acting like it.

I’ve had the privilege of being asked to photograph the Cuddles Kelmscott centre a few times now and have thoroughly enjoyed my time with staff and children. So many lovely well thought out activities and adorable nooks for the kids to learn and explore. Its a pleasure to see children happy and content!

My son has been attending cuddles for around about a year now! I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff, the ongoing support for my son and the centre in general! The constant check ins to see where my son is at in every aspect of of his life, getting in contact to come up with a plan and on going support with his speech therapist, and the bonds he has with the girls is amazing, an the connections he’s made! These are just a few to tick off the list! He absolutely loves going every morning!

Cuddles Kelmscott has given me so much confidence that I picked the right daycare for my son. Since introducing the 3 year old kindy program my boy can say his alphabet and has excelled in his speaking and sentence structure. He is loved and cared for and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to care for him during the working week. 10/10 would recommend them to all my friends and family.

My son ‘s social skills have improved significantly since joining Cuddles Kelmscott. He always looks forward to going to daycare because of the inclusive environment. I would like to thank all the educators for the end of day feedback both positive and negative which helps us recognise areas of improvement and of concern in our son’ s physical and emotional development.The school bus service is one of the best services offered because as a shift worker sometimes it’s not easy to do the school run but this service makes life easier. Thank you Courtney and your amazing team for the work you do❤️

Our son has been attending Cuddles Daycare in Kelmscott for three weeks now, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the very beginning, we were drawn to the size of the facility, the outdoor playground, and the engaging activities offered. The staff are incredibly warm and nurturing, and it’s clear they genuinely care for the children in their care. Courtney, the center manager, has been fantastic. She is always communicative, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The staff, including all the wonderful girls working there, do an amazing job. They keep us updated throughout the day, and I especially appreciate that they always call after drop-off to let me know how our son is doing—whether he’s settled in well or if he had any trouble with the drop-off. If you're looking for a daycare that provides a nurturing, safe, and fun environment for your child, I highly recommend Cuddles in Kelmscott. It’s truly been a wonderful experience for our family!
