I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Stacey four years ago at the Beckenham service, and from the very beginning she was nothing short of incredible. She cared for my little boy as if he were her own, giving him the happiest, most nurturing days, which truly eased my mum guilt while I was at work. Knowing he was in such loving and capable hands meant everything to me. When I heard Stacey was managing Cuddles Kelmscott, I didn’t hesitate for a second, I went straight there and enrolled him. That level of trust speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. We left Beckenham last year when my little one started full-time school, and after moving to the Kelmscott area, it was a no-brainer to enrol him in the before/after school and vacation care program. Stacey is not just an amazing educator; she is an inspiring leader. She puts 100% into supporting her team, mentoring others, and creating a positive, caring environment for both children and staff. Her passion, dedication, and genuine kindness make her a true asset to any service she is part of. I can’t recommend highly enough.

im here as a training student and the staff here are so fun and very sweet, they’re all so welcoming and supportive! the facilities are fantastic and all the children seem so loved and taken care of here! 100% recommend this place

I’m a AIWT tafe student that attends cuddles kelmscott every Monday as part of my training, I can assure that every Monday morning when I walk into the centre I’m given a warm welcome and happy smile by the staff. We have been taking our Granddaughter to Cuddles Kelmscott now for 13 months and the Staff have been nothing but friendly ,caring and supportive. Very happy with their professionalism. We really appreciate all the hard work that the girls at Kelmscott Cuddles show each and every day to our two sons. Our 3 year old is thriving in the new classroom setting and he absolutely adores his teachers. He always loves his special visit from Miss Allen on Tuesday’s, and Soccer Matt on Thursdays. Our son has attended this centre for a year now and we are so happy with his progress and we feel confident that the girls have prepared him well for school next year. Our one year old is smitten with his teachers in the baby room, and there is nothing more reassuring then knowing our baby is in safe hands. He comes home happy and content and I couldn’t ask for more as a parent. Thank you girls for all your hard work, you look after our children 5 days a week, that’s not an easy job. You are appreciated.

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic duty of care at Cuddles Kelmscott. My daughter came home with a bite mark from another child, and I was never notified. No phone call, no incident report, nothing. This alone is unacceptable, but it’s not the first time I’ve been left in the dark. On a previous occasion, she returned home with a long scratch running from the top of her thigh to the bottom of her foot. Again, no explanation and no report. Two serious injuries. No accountability. There were multiple incidents where my daughter was injured and I was left in the dark. The casual staff closing are appalling with their communication and choose not to speak about our child at pickup, and tell us talk to the room leader tomorrow to find out more. What makes this worse is the way my concerns were handled when I asked to speak with someone in charge. I requested a professional phone or video meeting with the Operations Manager to discuss the bite incident. Instead, I received a FaceTime call while she was sitting in her car. There was no preparation, no documents, no formal setting. This made it very clear I was not being taken seriously as a parent raising a valid and urgent concern. This is not just poor communication: it’s negligence. I have now filed a formal complaint with ECRU, and I urge other parents to be extremely cautious when considering this centre. You expect your child to be safe and your concerns to be handled with care and professionalism. Unfortunately that has not been my experience here. Cuddles Kelmscott, you have a serious responsibility and it’s time to start acting like it.

I’ve had the privilege of being asked to photograph the Cuddles Kelmscott centre a few times now and have thoroughly enjoyed my time with staff and children. So many lovely well thought out activities and adorable nooks for the kids to learn and explore. Its a pleasure to see children happy and content!
