What a journey Aspire White Hills has been on, and I’m so grateful we stayed along for the ride. As an anxious parent, it has meant everything to drop my child off knowing she is not only safe and well cared for, but genuinely loved and supported by her educators.<br><br>The team truly goes above and beyond every single day. We went from difficult, teary drop-offs to a child who doesn’t want to leave at pick-up, and that transformation speaks volumes. I couldn’t be more thankful for the care, patience and dedication shown to our family.

My son has attended Aspire Whitehills for 3 years now. From day one we have had the pleasure of fantastic educators who work so hard to build a relationship and trust. I know that he is in the safest hands. Since Bree has taken over as manager the centre has continued to improve from strength to strength. Bree is brilliant to communicate with, nothing is ever too hard or a bother. As an educator myself, I appreciate the open communication and her approachability.

We’ve had a great experience with this daycare for our family of 3 boys. The staff are caring, easy to talk to and are truly invested in the children. Our sons have always been happy, felt safe, and enjoy going each day. We’ve always seen positive growth in confidence and social skills and in the case of our eldest, made friends that have lasted many years after finishing at the centre. We would highly recommend this daycare to other families.

The staff are absolutely wonderful, so bubbly, caring and fun with the kids, and welcoming to us! We had a great time doing activities here, communication was fantastic - the kids loved the activities and they made the day fantastic 💗

My son goes to Aspire White Hills and absolutely loves it! The educators are amazing — always so friendly, polite, and genuinely caring. They really go the extra mile to make sure the kids are happy, settled, and learning every day. The food always looks and smells great, and my son eats so well there, which says a lot!<br><br>Like any toddler room, there’s the occasional biting incident, but the staff are always quick to call and let me know what’s happened, and they follow up again at pickup. I really appreciate how open and honest they are with communication. They also regularly talk to me about his development and what he’s learning, which makes me feel so included and confident he’s in good hands.<br><br>Aspire White Hills is such a warm, supportive environment I couldn’t recommend it more!

Had to take our son out after repeatedly being subjected to biting( he still has the scar on his torso) sand thrown into his face etc. each time this happened, I had to leave my job and come pick him up while the bully and his parents had no issues. They refused to identify the bully as it was against their protocol but merely said they will inform his parents. Our neighbour also had to take her 2 kids after similar assaults. On one occasion when I complained via email , one of the managers even had the nerve to email me that its normal for kids to bite other kids.However they were kind enough to waiver the 4 weeks notice before withdrawing my son. Thereafter we Put our son to another early learning centre in Strathfieldsaye and had no such issues after that

10/10 would recommend Aspire White Hills - as first time parents sending their child to daycare for the first time, our expectations have been exceeded. Within a day or 2 everyone knew our child's name, and they became comfortable with all of the staff very quickly. Always welcomed with Liz's smiling face no matter the time of day. All of the educators are supportive, engaging and caring, we feel our child is in good hands, is happy and safe and we are grateful for all the care and support we and our child have received. Our child has shown great growth in development, especially in communication development and appreciate the support around learning goals for our child. Building and rooms are always well kept. Could not recommend more highly!
