The staff are absolutely wonderful, so bubbly, caring and fun with the kids, and welcoming to us! We had a great time doing activities here, communication was fantastic - the kids loved the activities and they made the day fantastic 💗

My son goes to Aspire White Hills and absolutely loves it! The educators are amazing — always so friendly, polite, and genuinely caring. They really go the extra mile to make sure the kids are happy, settled, and learning every day. The food always looks and smells great, and my son eats so well there, which says a lot! Like any toddler room, there’s the occasional biting incident, but the staff are always quick to call and let me know what’s happened, and they follow up again at pickup. I really appreciate how open and honest they are with communication. They also regularly talk to me about his development and what he’s learning, which makes me feel so included and confident he’s in good hands. Aspire White Hills is such a warm, supportive environment I couldn’t recommend it more!

We had the worst experience here with our toddler particularly at Aspire White hills. After 7 incidents within just 3 weeks of care which included scratches from the very first day, bites and a fall which almost cost my daughters eyes, I had to quit my job because Aspire white hills made me scared of child care centers in general and my daughter still has scars 3 months after. They are Constantly understaffed, children are not as engaged by educators hence leaving them to play by themselves mostly causing more incidents. Coming here was the greatest mistake ever and I later found out from other parents who had gone through similar incidents there and had to take out their kids. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND . The only thing good about aspire whitehills is the building which is relatively new. I hope the leadership will have a sit down and do some restructuring. Parents deserve better.

We transferred to Aspire part way through the year, and we have been very happy with the difference in care and communication given to us as parents and our child. The Kinder room is very different to what we have experienced in the past. It is calm and inviting, the children are happy and engaged with the activities provided to them. My son is preparing for prep next year and my husband and I are so happy we made the change for ours son as he is thriving in a much more positive and safe environment.

After a really difficult experience at our previous centre marked by ongoing communication issues, lack of planning, and safety concerns that sadly went unaddressed we made the decision to move our daughter to a new centre. It was not an easy choice, but looking back now, it was absolutely the right one. From the very first day, the team at Aspire White Hills made our transition feel safe, calm, and supported for both our daughter and our family. The difference in communication, care, and professionalism has been outstanding. Every educator - even those not based in her room are well informed and communicate clearly at the end of each day, showing a strong, intentional commitment to partnering with families. This consistency has been such a comfort and reassurance to us. Management are warm, engaging, and deeply committed. They are a pleasure to speak with, are professional, responsive, and clearly invested in creating a nurturing, well-run environment. Six weeks in, our daughter is happy, confident and thriving, fully participating in the kindergarten program and clearly building the school readiness skills we had hoped to see. Most importantly, she feels safe and secure. Aspire White Hills has restored our trust in early childhood education and reminded us how powerful the right environment can be. We are so grateful to have found this centre, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We were invited to the opening of the bush kinder space, The whole team did an amazing job. All of the children had such a fun time.

My grandson attends this centre he loves going!! The staff are always welcoming when we attend the childcare to drop him off or pick him up the community events they hold are outstanding.
