We are so incredibly grateful to all of the educators at empower orchard hills. Ellie has blossomed into the beautiful girl she is only with your help. She has come so far out of her shell and loves her teachers with all her heart. She is devastated to leave school every day she goes and spends the whole evening telling us what wonderful activities she has done and what fun she’s had with her friends. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts - we cannot sing your praises loud enough!

We couldn’t speak more highly of Empower Early Learning. Having now entrusted both of our children to their care, we are incredibly grateful for the love, support and genuine investment they have shown our family over the years.<br>What makes Empower so special is that they truly get to know each child as an individual. Our children have always been nurtured and made to feel safe and loved, while also being challenged and encouraged to grow in their confidence, independence and learning.<br>Something that has meant so much to us personally is the way the educators have embraced and celebrated our family and our Fijian heritage. They continually go above and beyond to incorporate the things that are meaningful to our children and make them feel proud of who they are and where they come from.<br>There is such a genuine sense of community at Empower. You can see how much the educators care about the children, not just as little learners, but as little people.<br>Knowing both of our children have spent such important formative years surrounded by educators who genuinely know, love and believe in them has been incredibly special.<br>We will always be grateful to the beautiful Empower team for the role they have played in our children’s early years.

My family has been a part of the Empower family for the past four years. I've had two boys go through the service and what a blessing it has been. I highly recommend this service to all.<br><br>Jade has created a community like no other. The values of connection are reflected in all areas of the service. Each staff member is passionate about their job and the progress of the children. The love and care the educators share with the children is evident in the excited good mornings and happy banter at drop off, the smiles and stories in the daily posts and the big cuddles and goodbyes on departure.<br><br>Daily experiences are planned thoughtfully to capture the interests of all children. My boys have had activities and experiences designed and developed to meet their unique learning needs. Including but not limited to special projects, excursions to the park and library and our families favourite, Building with Gary!<br><br>Not only are the daily experiences so special, the centres events day are always above and beyond. The Easter Hat Parade and Book Parade are moments that bring the centre together and the sense of community is amazing. The activities are always so meaningful and the set ups are always brilliant.<br><br>I can't finish this review without giving a special mention to the Orchard Hills Director Jess. What a blessing you are. You love each child like they are your own. You know what makes them who they are, you meet them exactly where they're at and they soar under your guidance. My son has always been welcomed with a warm smile and the teachers have been so nurturing and engaging! They don’t just watch and supervise.. they set up fun activity stations and engage in play-based learning with the kids, and when I go to pick my son up.. he is never ready to leave.. wanting to continue to play, or show me the artworks he has produced. I am so grateful for the care this centre has provided my son.

My son has been with Empower for 2 years now and I can’t recommend it enough.<br>The educators are so caring and put so much thought and effort into making lasting memories for the kids. Today they even managed to get some of the Bulldogs NRL players at the centre (my son’s favourite team). They don’t just provide care, they provide meaningful experiences and I’m so glad we chose Empower.

The support we have received from this daycare has been incredible. The educators have helped my daughter ease into starting at a new daycare. They always encourage feedback and work hard towards ensuring a nurturing environment. We have found that our daughters development has excelled here.

Empower has been such a wonderful part of our lives. Our experience with the centre and the staff has been nothing short of positive. The team are incredibly caring, supportive and genuinely invested in the children and their families. Over time, they’ve come to feel like an extension of our own family. We feel so lucky to have found Empower and to have been part of such a warm, nurturing environment. I may be a little biased, but in my eyes it truly is one of the best childcare centres around! Highly recommend to any families looking for a place where their children will be genuinely cared for and supported.

I had the pleasure of delivering an incursion today at Empower Early Learning Group! Such an enthusiastic, happy and fun group of kids! This centre has such a relaxed and peaceful feel to it. The staff are helpful, friendly and kind. Hope to visit again soon!
