Our high-quality, play based preschool curriculum is delivered by Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teachers. Our teachers tailor their programs to ensure all children develop the confidence and social and emotional skills needed for a smooth transition to school. My name is Caddie and I am the Centre Director at Melrose Park Goodstart. I hold a Diploma in Children’s Services and have worked in the early learning sector for almost 15 years with the last 10 years here at Goodstart Melrose Park.
My career has seen me be fortunate enough to work across all age groups and I truly see it as a privilege that families entrust their children to us, as a mum myself I understand how difficult this can be. I believe in providing a nurturing, warm and respectful environment within a centre where children can learn, have fun and feel comfortable to be themselves.
The first five years in a child’s life are so important and I look forward to working with all of our families to make those early years a special time for their children.

My child feels safe and happy to go there everytime and I feel this in itself tells me that she is well looked after when I am not there. I find educators really approachable and nice. Always encouraging children to join in the activities they do. I cannot thank enough how they have helped me, a parent, during transition. They know that it's not only children but also parents need some support. My kids educators are so nice and lovely. Words won't be enough to thank these educators and our lovely Taran for all the help they have been providing during our transition and now. Thank you

Our family has had a really positive experience at Goodstart Melrose Park. The educators are warm and caring. They take the time to build strong relationships with each child, which has made the transition into childcare much easier for our little one. The rooms are clean, safe and well organised, and the daily routines seem thoughtfully planned. We appreciate how the educators communicate with families, providing updates about feeding, naps and activities throughout the day. It’s reassuring to know our child is in a nurturing environment where they feel comfortable and supported. It’s clear that a lot of effort goes into planning activities that are both fun and educational, helping children develop social, cultural and emotional skills at every stage. Overall, we’re very happy with the care and attention our child receives and would recommend the centre to other families looking for a supportive and friendly environment for their baby.
