Big shout out to Sharon, Sharon, thanks for your excellent service, you’re always very nice and welcoming, respond to our questions quick, patient and clear. However, the new acting director Shea is clearly lack of customer service skills, argue for the sake of arguing over a small issue, you could’ve handled it differently and easily make the whole thing much better. It’s pathetic some of the management people just don’t have the basics knowledge and skills to be a manager.
Nancy Vibert Occasional Care Centre offers a smaller centre that focuses on providing a family environment where older children nurture and teach the younger children through positive play interactions.
They have adopted the primary care approach within their service as we understand the importance of children forming secure attachments and value developing strong relationships that encourage and support family involvement throughout the program.
They are staffed by a team of professionals who are experienced in the care and education of children, who in consultation with families and the community will support all individuals’ sense of belonging to the centre; as they recognise the importance of the early years for the foundation of your child’s life.
Their programming is designed to empower children to become competent, curious and motivated learners who are capable of independent decision making and problem solving.
They are a flexible service that offers hourly and permanent positions through long day care, occasional care, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten.
