We are so grateful that we chose this centre. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions we have ever made for our child.<br>Our child started here in the Baby Room and has now graduated from Kindy. Over the past three and a half years, this centre has been a huge part of our child’s early childhood, creating so many wonderful memories and giving them the happiest start to their learning journey.<br>Every teacher here is caring, patient, professional and genuinely passionate about working with children. They not only support children’s learning and development but also make every child feel loved, safe and valued.<br>We would especially like to thank Julijana, Nicola, Nicole, Charlee, Helen, Jo, Arfana and Raj. You are all outstanding educators, and we truly appreciate the love, encouragement and dedication you have shown our child throughout these years. Thank you for helping our child grow in confidence, curiosity and happiness.<br>Communication with families has always been excellent. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, the teachers were always approachable, responsive and willing to help. They kept us well informed and worked closely with us to support our child’s development.<br>As a Chinese family, we were initially a little worried about the language barrier. However, we quickly realised there was no need to worry at all. Whether speaking with the Chinese-speaking educators or the English-speaking teachers, everyone was kind, patient and supportive. Even for families whose English is not perfect, communication is easy and stress-free, which gives parents great peace of mind.<br>Thank you to all of the wonderful teachers and staff for your kindness, care and dedication over the past three and a half years. You have given our child a safe, happy and nurturing environment where they could learn, grow and truly enjoy being a child.<br>We will always treasure the beautiful memories made here and highly recommend this childcare centre to any family looking for a loving, supportive and high-quality early learning environment.

This is a wonderful centre. The staff are brilliant. They looked after our daughter in her early years with care and love and we feel very fortunate to have been able to share these years with them.

We could not recommend BAELC more. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and foster the learning of every child. They have created a community where children's curiosities are encouraged and explored, and the attention to detail in their varied activities is to be commended. Our daughter has thrived here, and we cannot be happier.

We are very happy with the BAELC. All educators and the directors are wonderful. No matter what we enquire or need, they are always quick to help. Our daugther loves going there and I feel great knowing that that she is in good hands and will be cared for, including hugs and cuddles, when she misses us.

We had a beautiful time at Burnside AELC, very sad to leave due to relocation. The team are more like family, making us feel so relaxed & very happy to leave our little one in their care. The staff go above and beyond to support family life when last min changes happen. A great environment amazing food and my little one learnt so much. Very sad not to be attending full time any more as the drive is too far across the city. A wonderful team with chickens in the play area & staff that are just great. Highly recommend, early opening times and home made food = happy family! Thank you Burnside one of a kind xxx

This is a wonderful center. The educators are knowledgeable, caring and hard working. This is our second experience of a childcare center and the difference in quality is huge. This center is really fantastic. From the get go, we felt that our baby is in safe hands and the communication is great. From the nutritional foods prepared (healthy and varied thanks to the excellent chef on site) to the fun activities they offer (French lessons and music lessons) we are very happy with this center. The small touches such as cakes available for various special days and sweet photos they share often of our baby, we are really enjoying this experience. They work very hard to ensure that our child is looked after and stimulated. We highly recommend this childcare center.

Not recommend at all.

We love this centre, our 2 kids attend here 3 days a week and it's fantastic. It's much bigger inside than it seems from outside. Every age group has their own separate play, sleep and eating areas! All the carers are lovely and suitably qualified. They use modern technology, with keypad entry, phone/tablet check in, and updates for parents throughout the day by an app. There is also an excellent carpark and access is great.
