Some of the staffs were great and we do appreciate their care while our son was there, but the management is very poor. No communication from management to their own staff and to parents for anything. Staffs are overworked. We have decided to move our son out of the centre due to multiple incidents with no follow up action, plan or communication to improve the situation. Couldn’t contain multiple gastro outbreaks for months.
