My experience with this centre was extremely disappointing. I had an reputable relationship with the old owner, Catherine. Since, I believe information was communicated about my family that was inaccurate and had serious consequences for us. As a result, I temporarily lost my son, my trust in the centre's handling of sensitive matters, as well as the security of the children under care of Kylie's since they're cameras are reported to be fake. I have evidence that Catherine edited policy documents multiple days to a week after the fact of me asking for the the policy where it states that me being the primary carer of my son wasn't aloud to remove someone from the pickup list. I wasn't notified that a boyfriend of my sons mother was aloud to pickup my son without my knowledge or consent as my Childs mother was in another state and iwI was unaware of that or that a boyfriend was looking after my child. The facility knew these details and kept them from me. I deemed this inappropriate. I asked for him to be removed as I was the one who had put him on the pickup list incase for any reason I couldn't get there. I was refused. I felt my concerns were not adequately addressed when I raised them, I was kicked out of the facility and my reputation publicly put on the line and the overall experience caused significant stress for my family. as a result of this coming too light I won’t name the worker, but she has since Resigned and does not want anything to do with the facility, There were some exceptional childcare minders throughout the four years I’ve known Kylie‘s. Natalie, kayla and jenny are not one of them, they do not put your child's best interest or safety first, I would encourage parents to seek other options rather than to leave your child here with Natalie, jenny, kayla new team and i would consider asking questions about how concerns, complaints, and family-related information are managed.<br><br>Sincerely, a not so happy member of the community that had given full trust to the girls here.

Seriously do not know how this ‘childcare’ centre is still running. Be very wary.

I am writing this as an uncle who is very close to my nephew. I’ve watched my brother Cody step up as the main parent, raising his son with love, effort, and responsibility. Sadly, this daycare has completely disrespected that role. They allowed the mother’s boyfriend to be listed as a parent/guardian, even though Cody never approved it and asked for it to be removed. Instead of protecting my nephew and respecting his actual father’s authority, the daycare refused to take action. This is unacceptable. As a family member, I find it deeply troubling that a childcare provider would ignore the wishes of the primary parent and put a child in the middle of unnecessary conflict. It shows a serious lack of professionalism and judgment. Parents and families should think twice before trusting their children here.
