My child really did not like this daycare and used to cry everytime he would come to this place and refuse to come some days, so I took him out after only a few weeks. The childcare has refused to end his enrolment with centrelink and now have put through another "pending enrolment" through centrelink to claim days for him when he doesnt attend this school. Enforced a meeting to claim another teacher for my sons Neurodiversity but didn't see the extra teacher or support there?

My 5 year old son just started Kinder at the Riverview centre last Month (August 2024) and I can't recommend this place enough . The whole team are so lovely always feel welcomed and every drop off I see every child treated with love , care and support . My son is nerodvergent and drop off's for me are really quiet hard but the team are always ready to give him the support and I leave with 100% confidence that he is in a safe caring environment and that his needs will be met . He was attending another childcare for over 1 1/2 years but since changing over to Riverview they have a support person in place Miss Shelby for drop off's for consistency for him and Miss Mazz kinder teacher that works with My son that not only helped with the transition of daycares but with his needs as a nerodvergent child. My sons progress so far with her support in his social skills , interaction in activities, following instructions, speech and communication has excelled immensely and in a MONTH !!! A MONTH !! Imagine if I knew about this place a year ago !! This place is 5 stars in my eyes and really are there for the children.

Love love love this centre. Would never dream of anywhere better for my daughter. Im so impressed with the level of care and attention to my childs development. The educators are beyond wonderful and always make you feel welcomed and at ease knowing your childs in good hands. My daughter has come so far since attending.

I'm gonna keep this short and sweet just like the centre director here. The staff here are so caring and compassionate they really love their jobs. Amazing place I have no problems leaving my children here.

Extremely happy with the service that Lead provides at their Riverview centre since their change of managment and staffing, their web/app is amazing showing sleep times feeds ect and am always met with a smile 10/10 recommend

There is a brand new team at this centre and they are absolutely AMAZING !! All of these ladies go above and beyond to care for all of the children and love them like their own. They respect all parents needs and I couldn’t be any more happier and confident with sending my daughter here and knowing she is safe, loved and so looked after.

Your child is not their priority!! You can't rely on them!! Poor management aswell as head office!! My daughter had been attending Lead Childcare Riverview for a few years. (Before school/after school care). Permanently on Mondays after school. As I work a fair distance on Mondays and i finish work late. I have paid and relied on Lead Childcare to pick her up for me from school. I called the Lead Childcare on Monday morning at 8am as I have always done. Let them know my daughter is at school can they pick her up?.. They said sure no worries. We will pick her up. I'm at work which Is a hour drive from the day care and its nearly 12pm. I receive a call from the Childcare. Sorry we have changed our policy and procedures we CAN'T pick-up your daughter today as you didn't book a week beforehand!! I said, so when did this all happen?? I was never told or aware of it! ("I would of obviously booked her in a week advance then")..I said, anyway yous know my daughter was permanently booked for after school care on Monday as I've been doing it for few years. The manager continues to say. No we can't pick her up as our policy/procedures have changed 2weeks ago and I didn't manually book her in a week beforehand. I said, ok I accept your policies/procedures have changed but your just telling me now on the day/spot!! Can you just pick her up for today plz as yous already agreed to pick her up this morning and I'm at work on my own. I can't get anyone in. So I cant pick her up etc. She refuse to pick my daughter up, I can't believe a day care would refuse to pick a child up as it was her permanent day she is always there, who would do that. So I called Lead Childcare head office, just to see if they can pick her up for today as im stuck and got no family/friends to pick her up. I have moved into the area for work purposes. So all our family live overseas and in a different state and country. So we don't actually have family to pick her up. Head office said the same thing and refused just to pick her up just for today. Even though the child care said yes to me in the morning and they been doing it for a few years. Head office just apologised and said they will speak to there staff about the miss communication. Didn't care the fact I could lose my job. Thankfully my boss was really shocked about it. But understood it wasn't my fault. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE!!
