The centre is always clean, inviting, and thoughtfully set up to support both comfort, learning and play. Every activity and experience is created with intention and often follows the interests and ideas expressed by the children, making learning both meaningful and fun. It’s amazing to see how responsive and engaged the educators are—there’s someone in every space ready to sit, play, build, read or sing alongside the children. One of the many things that sets Developing Dreams apart is its consistency and dedication. The centre retains a passionate and experienced team and I believe have higher staff to children ratios than what is required (exceeding industry requirements) ensuring a very well resourced space. Special occasion days and dress-ups are a highlight, with incredible decorations, activities, and celebrations that create lasting memories for the children. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our children to grow, learn, and thrive. My daughter has been going to Developing Dreams since she was 2 and I honestly couldn’t imagine a better place for her to grow up in these early years. She is 4.5 now and the growth we’ve seen in her emotionally, socially and creatively has been amazing. The educators are warm, genuine and really take the time to get to know the kids and families. I’ve always felt like our daughter is seen, understood and deeply cared for. Drop offs are always met with a friendly hello and a real interest in how she is doing, and pick ups come with meaningful stories about her day. I still remember walking into her bedroom when she was about 2.5 and finding her pretending to be a teacher. She told me her name was “Ava” and she was praising her imaginary students for their great work. It was such a clear sign of how deeply those early interactions at the centre were shaping her in such a positive way. The centre itself is small and homely, which we love. The learning spaces are beautiful, calm and full of interesting, hands-on experiences that really reflect the children’s interests. It is not just about ticking developmental boxes. You can see that everything is set up with real thought and care. We’re so grateful to the whole team. It feels like our daughter is part of something special and as a parent, that means everything.

Finding Developing Dreams Preschool has been the greatest gift for our family.
