I wouldn’t recommend sending your child here, after my experience in how they handle their educator not following their own behaviour guideline / interactions policy I’m now pulling my son out of daycare while the investigation regarding an educator redirecting my son with a big plastic spoon by using it on his stomach , this had been confirmed on CCTV no matter what “force” they’d like to claim it was enough for my son to say it hurt him. the educator is still working there with what seems to be no appropriate repercussions for “poking” “pushing” how ever they would like to explain it, my son in the stomach in the sandpit after asking him 4 times to stop something. It was more of a surprise that trying to get this handled correctly is become a massive struggle. Now another educator has spoken to a parent regarding my son’s incident claiming everything is safe and there’s no investigation which is incorrect the investigation is still on going. This educator who used a spoon to my son is “new” and now works with the babies which is a major concern and should be to any parent. When asking about an incident report they informed me it was only going to mention my son’s throwing sand and nothing about how the educator used a big plastic spoon to his stomach. So they were prepared to falsify their incident report to try and deflect responsibility. There has been no finalisation of the investigation notified to me so unsure as to how and why they’re saying this to other parents. Seems like one big sweep it up under the rug situation. Same as when my son was hospitalised due to not being supervised inside properly and managed to swallow a rock , he ended up going to hospital. They cleaned and hid the rocks for when the investigation happened , lucky I had taken a photo of them. Up until now I had no issues with this centre ,<br><br>miss courtney, miss Tati, miss Alana are all very amazing at their jobs and work extremely well with the kids. Especially for my son they were fantastic leaders, teachers and caring towards him<br><br>I will be continuing to handle this situation through a different authority as the centre only seems to care about their reputation and not the real well being of the kids. This has enraged me as a mother and I will be continually following up about this regardless if he does or doesn’t attend in the centre

Great childcare centre

Our eldest has loved doing kindy here. All staff are super helpful from the educators to the office staff. The facilities are great and the excursions are awesome as well. They do swimming lessons for kindy kids which is amazing. When our little one is anxious about things the teachers are so kind , caring and supportive of her. Their office staff were great in helping navigate child care Subsidy and free kindy schemes. No regrets sending her there. Oh and they do food for the kids which is amazing.

We have had a wonderful experience with this daycare over the past three months. My daughter has become more independent, happy, and social since starting. The educators communicate well and provide daily updates, which gives us great peace of mind. She gets so excited on her daycare days, which says it all. Highly recommend!

A fantastic childcare center with a truly professional and caring team. My daughter is quite sensitive and typically resists change, but the staff here made her transition so smooth and stress-free. It’s amazing to see her growth—she’s much more social now and learns new things every day. The meals are excellent, and my daughter actually eats a lot there! Seeing her so happy and well-fed during pick-up is the best part of my day. We are so grateful for such a supportive environment!

We love this daycare! My son always has the best time and comes home happy and content.

My grandchild attends this centre five days a week and has truly thrived since moving from another local centre. The progress and growth we’ve seen in our grandchild, during this time, has been wonderful and amazing to see. The staff are friendly, warm, kind, and very attentive. They always make you feel welcome at both drop-off and pick-up, which creates a positive and reassuring experience for families. The environment is secure and very well maintained, giving us great peace of mind. Communication is consistent and very much appreciated—we’re always kept informed about how the day has gone. The programs are engaging and thoughtfully designed to support each child’s development, with activities tailored to their age group. I would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a caring, supportive, and well-run environment for their child.

My son absolutely loves attending! The educators are warm, caring, and always make him feel welcome and valued. It’s such a comfort knowing he’s in a supportive environment where he has made so many great friends. We couldn’t be happier with our experience! :)

I’ve been so impressed with the care and attention my child receives at this centre. The staff are patient, understanding, and truly attentive, which made the transition so much smoother and gave us peace of mind as a family. The atmosphere is welcoming and comforting — it feels like a safe, nurturing home where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and feel supported every day. We looked at other centres before deciding, but none felt as warm or genuine as this one. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a caring team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this centre to any family looking for a supportive, friendly, and trustworthy environment for their child.

I can’t thank the team enough for all the care and support they provide. It’s such a warm and welcoming place where you can truly feel that everyone cares about the children. My son went through an adjustment period and received so much patience, understanding, attention and genuine care from the staff. It made a huge difference for our family. The environment feels so comforting — like a grandma’s home — a place where you feel safe, relaxed and well looked after. I visited other centres before, but I didn’t feel as welcomed as I did here. It was definitely the best choice for us. Highly recommend!
