Deeply invested in your child’s development and interested in their unique needs and personality. We can’t thank the team enough for their advice on whether to wait another year for school. The staff are amazing and our child felt very safe and secure in their presence.

We had a wonderful experience with our son at Franklin Road. The educators go above and beyond to provide enriching play based learning opportunities for the students - often drawing upon the interests of the kids. They know the kids and create a fun and caring environment. I feel incredibly grateful our son was able to be apart of the Franklin Road community.

Our son has been attending Franklin Road Early Education Centre since two years old. He’s starting School next year and my wife and I are so impressed with Franklin Road EEC in the time my son has been there. Rebecca and all the teachers have done an absolutely fantastic job. He loves it there and I know he will miss it next year. The Sutherland Shire childcare system is excellent, and it's been a great start to life for my son. He’s super ready for school and life and Franklin Road is a huge reason for that.

Many families choose Franklin Road for our community feel, educational program and local connections. We’re next to Woolooware Public School and close to Woolooware train station. Families value our close connection with the local school. Many children who attend our centre move onto the primary school with many solid friendships made at Franklin Road.
Active in our community, children here connect with charities and community groups through activities and excursions.
First-time visitors are in awe of our playground. It's one of the largest in any early education and care service. Our 'outdoor classroom' promotes learning and development. There are two separate play spaces for younger and older children. Our large climbing structure, slide, sandpit, trikes and bike track are popular. Our nature walkways promote exploration. The children enjoy nature-based play and are avid gardeners. They love picking veggies and herbs for our cook to use in their meals.
Our Centre Director has more than 25 years' experience. Families value her early childhood experience and caring disposition. She leads a talented and nurturing team who are passionate about sustainability, creative arts and emotional wellbeing. Families tell us they value our warm and responsive connections with them. We form strong partnerships to support each child's learning journey.
Our quality learning program includes a deliberate combination of intentional teaching and spontaneous learning. It also reflects the children’s interests and each child’s learning goals. We foster every child's love of learning. Our creative early education programs follow the Australian Government's Early Years Learning Framework, the only government-approved learning framework for children under school age.
