My child started at Goodstart 2 months ago and I have been so impressed. All of the staff are so lovely and have made my whole family feel so comfortable with the transition. Communication has been fantastic from the whole team and we have really seen how much the staff care about our child. We can’t believe how much our child has learned since starting at Goodstart Hendra. Couldn’t recommend the centre more!

Goodstart Hendra is family, home away from home. I’ve been with Hendra for over 10 years and my son will always want to go back if he could now that he is in school. I cannot recommend it enough to families who are looking for care for their children. Michelle and the team are such dedicated and passionate educators, they go above and beyond to ensure families and their children receive quality care and incorporate educational practises to ensure learning is embedded into their everyday routine. Most all families are included in every aspect of their child’s development through communication and digital platform.

A beautifully clean centre with a warm, nurturing, and welcoming environment. My child has been in their care since just 5 months old, and we have seen incredible progress in her growth and developmental milestones. The educators are truly exceptional caring, dedicated, and consistently going above and beyond to support both the children and their families. A special mention to the director, Miss Michelle, who is incredibly down-to-earth, approachable, and always supportive. We feel confident and grateful knowing our child is in such capable and loving hands. Highly recommend this centre to any family.

Our daughter has been attending Goodstart Hendra since she was five months old and continues to have a wonderful experience. After five wonderful years, leaving this daycare centre has been incredibly emotional for our family. Michelle, the director, and her entire team have been some of the most amazing support you could ever ask for when entrusting your child into care. They are warm, welcoming, caring, and so understanding. This centre truly became our second home over the past five years. From the very first day we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with open arms, and saying goodbye five years later was genuinely hard. One of the most comforting aspects was having the same educators throughout our time there — the consistency and stability they provided made such a positive difference in my child’s life. To know they were always safe when in care was one less worry i had to think about. I always loved seeing the beautiful smiles on all the educators’ faces and having a chat, even when it wasn’t about my child. The relationships and friendships formed during our time here are something I will always cherish. I cannot recommend this centre highly enough — 100% recommended. If I had to put my child into care again I would definitely choose Goodstart Hendra again and again.

I have been part of the Goodstart Hendra for 10 years as a parent. My both children spend their lovely early years in Hendra. The Educators go above and beyond to meet children’s needs and building those relationships with the child and families. My children started in Nursery and graduated from this centre. They still remembered the Educators and their precious memories when they look into their journals. The centre provides a Warm and welcoming environment that makes children feel safe and comfortable. Qualified and caring staff who engage well with children and parents. The educators provides the learning opportunities to children through Age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Goodstart Hendra is a Clean, well-organized, and safe centre for little ones. Good communication between staff and parents, including regular updates on children’s progress.

I sent my kids to this centre And I have to say, that the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable with plenty of long standing educators. From the moment we walked in, Michelle and Ashley were very warm, friendly and welcoming. We were made to feel apart of a wonderful community. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a caring and reliable centre who are extremely safety focused and provide warm relationships with both children and families
