We have been incredibly lucky to have both of our children under the care of the Happy Hearts educators since they were 9 months and 11 months old. Our oldest stayed there for 3.5years and transitioned through most of the rooms and educators, and we were nothing less than pleased with the support, encouragement and learning they were provided. The educators always kept us up-to-date with daily photos and sleep times, as well as regular developmental observations. They were also extremely responsive and informative with incident reports, and provided our kids the empathy and support they needed in moments when we weren’t there to comfort them. We couldn’t recommend the Centre more highly, and only wish we lived closer so we could continue care with them!

They always report any scratches or injuries to you right away, clean nappies throughout the day, fruit and crackers for morning and afternoon tea. Staff are lovely. Nice outdoor area for play. Pack your own lunch. Staff treated my son really well and I’ll send my daughter when she is old enough and I have to go back to work. Courtney the manager is always so fast back with emails. The staff are really great. Also they respected that I didn’t want pictures of my kid uploaded to their app where other parents could see, so they sent them to us directly and I really appreciated that.

Our little boy started at HH at 11 months for 5 days a week and we have loved seeing him flourish and grow socially over the last 1.5 years. We were so blessed that this was our first daycare experience - such a great big space and teachers who truly care for the kids. Even Cath, the owner, stops to say hello to our son. The systems are great, they keep parents well informed throughout a day and foster genuine bonds. We are moving to Sydney and what we have seen there doesn't compare, so feel truly blessed that we got to experience HH!

We cannot speak highly enough of Happy Hearts! It's full of thoughtful, caring educators that are focused on providing wonderful, educational experiences for the kids.

My daughter has attended this service since she was just 9months old and is on the last few months of her early learning journey and I’m blessed to have had it shared throughout this service, my daughter always seems to have enjoyed her days and formed so many friendships within the 5years here! Along with strong relationships with each of her educators even some that are not perminate which shows the amount of effort and passion each educator puts into their job! Leaving my girl each day to go to work is always hard but knowing that she is happy, safe and looked after just as I would do to her is comforting and makes my work day easier!! Each educator all the way to management and owner takes the time to get to know the children and comforts them as their own! I couldn’t of asked for a better service to navigate my daughters early child good journey and helped her development she will dearly miss all in 2024 when she continues into primary school I have had the absolute pleasure of now both my children ( eldest now 12) walking through the doors of happy hearts ELC and being guided all the way into their primary years! Staff are so warm and friendly. Always welcoming. Director Court is so so nice !!! Great team and a great centre!!! Very well organised!!! Highly recommend this centre to any parent considering putting their child in care !!!!

Wow I am impressed with this daycare. My child (7 months old) just started 2 weeks back and every day I'm shocked at the care and enthusiasm they demonstrate with the children. The activities they plan for the day are well thought out and very well executed (especially hard with such young children!). My baby is sad to leave when the day is done he has so much fun. The team are so responsive to emails and communication is terrific through the app they use. Highly recommend.

Happy Hearts is run by kind, attentive staff and you can see it the moment you step in. When I visited with my son it was clear the children genuinely love the staff - this is what daycare should be about; a place where children want to be because they feel safe and "at home". Every single staff member we saw during the tour said hello to both my son and I. Cat in particular was really accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. The cherry on top is that nappies and wipes are provided! I highly recommend Happy Hearts if you're looking for a place your child will be nurtured.
