This happened to my daughter when she was in kinder 4 years old. Her educator grabbed the pencil my child was holding and yanked it from her hand and then she immediately did the same thing to the chair my child was sitting on because none of the children responded to her command fast enough to clean up right away and my child fell onto the ground after she did that.The children usually help with the clean up at the end of the day and my child was always the most helpful one but she picked my child to make an example of for others for some reason. The centre said she admitted to the yanking the pencil but not the chair. This particular educator has an history of anger issues and a lot of parents I personally know reported this but the centre always stuck up for her and kept her on. This childcare centre called my daughter a liar, even though my 4 years old child never lied before and always had told me the truth, and even today my child still tell me exactly how it happened and she doesn’t understand why the educator did that to her, it’s heart breaking. This childcare centre do this to protect their failing reputation and subsequently cover their own asses and it’s disgusting to see. Because there are no cameras in the centre it’s impossible to get the proof you need when this happens to your child it’s their word against your child and you will lose no matter what. Keep this in mind when you decide to trust them with your child like I did.

We love Jindi so much for our kids! The educators are proud of what they do and are clearly invested in providing the best possible experience for all the children there. They are good communicators and take the time to get to know each child individually. It has all the benefits of long daycare with a warm, community feel.

Well, just a kick start for me to send my son to Jindi Woraback Children's centre. He's going to spend his 3 years old kinder here soon. I left his name a year ago, and literally had no hope they will call me back. But finally we're here. Thanks so much Katrina, Sarah whom I know your names so far, you are so kind and friendly. Cannot wait to see you every week.

Exceptional in every way. The Educators are wonderful and management are approachable and kind. The centre is really well organised and the meals provided are great. Cannot fault and highly recommend to anyone looking for daycare for their child/ren in the west.

Both my kids attend Jindi my oldest loved it still until this day. I have enrolled my son early this year and it was hard for both of us. Team Edeline, Evangelion, Ursula Maria and Alma has just been such a compassionate, professional even though they have seen this so many times they remain understanding. For months and still until this day they continue reassuring for any concerns I have. Early this month I had a few concern and I have put a feedback. How they respond, implement a strategy and intervention for each of my concern is incredible. Most people get offended when they received negative feedback however this was not the case at team Edeline room. Instead it was an opportunity to grow. So thank you team for what amazing job jindi and the management for my family. It's a 5 star for me. Haley recommended

My daughter Vienna attended this centre when she was younger and we absolutely loved it there. She built amazing relationships with her educators and I thoroughly enjoyed pick up and drop off's as I was always welcomed. Natalie, Cameron, and forgive me but there were more educators who Vienna adored. You are all amazing. Thank you for everything you did for my girl.

My son went in 2016 and now daughter our is attending too. She is very happy with her educators and enjoying her journey at Jindi. Caring and supporting staff, rooms and out door activities are very well organised.
