I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Winston Glades EEC. The centre itself is designed so beautifully and offers such a calming environment. They don’t just cover the basics when it comes to caring for children, they truly go the extra mile. My eldest child graduated kindy last year, and my youngest child will be graduating kindy at the end of next year. Throughout our time at the centre, I have really appreciated the thought and effort put into the education program. Kids are taught emotional regulation and sign language, among other things. I feel so blessed to have found this centre. Our family has received extensive support. Keep up the amazing work, team!

Winston Glades EEC is a fantastic centre. My daughter enjoys visiting to see her friends and teachers. They have a wonderful bush kindy program and enjoyable outings that she loves being part of. She has truly thrived since attending.

Winston Glades daycare is everything that we hoped for in a daycare. They are lead by a wonderful Director, and her lead colleagues are just as exceptional. The staff we have experienced care for our daughter are second to none. The experiences that our daughter engages in are unmatched and she simply adores her daycare. She considers her educators her family.

We feel so grateful to be apart of the Winston Glades daycare community. Over the past year, it has become such a special place for our son. It’s much more than just daycare, it’s somewhere he is truly known, valued, and cared for. The educators are exceptional. Many have been there long-term, and it shows in the deep, genuine relationships they build with the children. There is so much warmth, consistency, and love in the way they interact. The bush kindy program is amazing. Giving children the opportunity to explore and learn in nature is invaluable, and it’s something our child absolutely thrives in. Every day is thoughtfully planned, with purposeful activities that support learning through play. You can see the intention behind everything they do. We couldn’t recommend this centre more highly!

The best childcare centre in Ipswich, hands down. Educators are always attentive, genuinely caring, positive and giving 110%. Healthy meals, good management and a great playground. But the staff are definitely the greatest asset and the reason our kids have been so happy, settled and well adjusted attending. Highly recommend!

Is an 'excellent' rated early childhood service really that different? Yes - because it genuinely feels like the Apple store effect in early childhood. At Winston Glades, everything has been design with intention. The indoor and outdoor spaces have been thoughtfully crafted... Safe risky play - monkey bars, lots of loose parts and materials to encourage creativity Environmental stewardship - composting, animals (guinea pigs!), natural woods / materials (very little plastic), direct access to the bush to allow real world immersion And educational program that is truly emergent and collaborative... Mind maps fleshed our WITH children in the rooms to develop learning experiences and that becoming an artifact / artwork that guides the week Meaningful updates to families - quality over quantity... A mix of floor books + digital, with photos focused on the learning (not photos that take children out of the moment to smile for the camera) A culture of respect and positivity... Simple things - educators greeting each other with a smile, greeting families, and children mimicking this is in their behaviour. Massive thanks to Wendy and Lisa for welcoming me in. We are so appreciative for our daughter’s teachers in kindy room 2, our family have recently had number of medical challenges incl our daughter with cranky ears. Her teachers are so accommodating whilst managing so many different little people and personalities. Miss T is always going out of her way to welcome our daughter each day, they encourage her eating and Miss C yesterday went out of her way to make her feel welcome as she looked bit tired (grommets happening 28th) just wanted to give shout out that there efforts don’t go unnoticed and we are forever grateful for the ongoing efforts of everyone at the centre esp end of year when everyone getting tired

We recently moved our son to Winston Glades after several months of hysterical drop offs at the first centre we attended. I toured several other local centres and stopped in to WG on a whim while driving past. I am so glad I did. I could tell immediately that this was the place we wanted to be. The environment is calm and inviting, the staff are welcoming and friendly, and I could tell that our son was more comfortable in that space. During our stay and plays, the staff were all very open and friendly, engaging with us and answering any questions we had. Almost immediately we saw a difference in our son’s separation anxiety and drop off and his development pick up speed. We love that the kids spend as much time outside as possible and that play is such a central focus. All the staff seem to known him by name and are all so welcoming. We have been at the centre full time for a few months and our son is so much more confident, drop offs are almost insulting because he honestly can’t wait to get there and runs off to play without even a glance back at us, it is such a relief to see him so happy. Enrolling in WG was honestly the best decision we made for our little boy. Thank you for your genuine caring and support you show the children who have been entrusted to you.

We are so incredibly grateful for the high level of care and quality of education that our son has received during his time at Winston Glades. We could not recommend this amazing centre enough. The experiences provided, quality of teaching and program is exceptional. A very professional, organised, beautifully presented place with fantastic teachers and wonderful management. Many thanks =)
