All 3 of my children (3 under 5) came to A Magical Time Kotara. Each of them have been in different rooms. Having observed the management, educators and the development of our kids throughout the past 4 years, has given us so much peace knowing our kids are in good hands. Each room's leaders are responsible, caring and someone i would trust and would want my kids to spend time with. All my kids have made strong and healthy friendships (and me too!), and have developed and learnt so much here. I had been and will continue to highly recommend to my family and friends. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences at A magical Time Kotara where my 3 year old daughter and 1 year old son have been attending since early 2025. From the moment we walked in, we felt a warm and welcoming environment that immediately put our minds at ease. The staff at this daycare are absolutely amazing! They are not only skilled and caring but also genuinely love working with children. Each day, they create engaging activities that cater to all age groups, and ensure that my children are not only safe but also thriving and excited to learn. The nurturing environment and emphasis on play-based learning has fostered creativity and curiosity in both of my children and has supported them as they continue to reach their developmental milestones. The centres’ communication is excellent as we receive regular updates and daily photos that highlight our children's progress and daily activities. It truly feels like a community where parents and staff collaborate in the best interest of the children. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of daycare. It has become a second home for our children, and we are so grateful to the incredible team for their unwavering support and dedication. Highly recommend this centre!

My kids being attending the centre since 2021. Had my first interview with Tay online, I was still in Sydney on my moved to Newcastle and looking to put my first born in care. Tay was so friendly, informative and always willing to help and accommodate. My little one stayed in the centre until we went overseas for two month and decided to leave the centre to save some money while we were away. On the way back from overseas the centre was full so we had to experience other centres in Newcastle, and I tell you, was not fun, by then I had two kids and we lived a headache jumping from centre to centre until Tay called me up and said she had a spot back for my boys! Thank goodness! Magical time is really clean, organized and trustworthy! My youngest started from the baby room and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to leave my baby with! My oldest have now graduated from the centre but loves to visit his older friends when we go to pick up his Brother! It is a small family centre with long term staff. Tay the manager is just amazing, helpful and will go beyond to make things work! We couldn’t be happier! Thanks guys

Our son has attended A Magical Time for over a year and has loved every day! We are always met with a welcoming smile by all of the educators and our son goes in with a smile each day. The individualised care and support for each child’s development is evident and you truly feel part of the community they’ve harnessed. I couldn’t recommend it more!

The most amazing place to send your children. My children come home so happy to have been playing with all their friends and educators and are excited to share with me the things they have learnt and done. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and trust the educators above all else. They provide a safe and caring environment and look after all the children so well. They keep the parents involved in every aspect and are super adaptable to each child’s different needs. They respond to each child individually and always in a kind and caring manner.
