I would never recommend Woodlands, Warragul to anyone. We had two children in care for 3 days before we pulled them out. On the first day, there was much older kids in the baby’s room, picking up little children and walking around with them. No educator corrected this behaviour. On the second day, they had fed them once. Again on the third day, they had fed them once for 8.5 hours! 150ml for two tiny premature children. Not to mention this was over the heatwave Victoria experienced. This has brought immense stress and guilt on first time parents who found it hard it hard enough to even put their children in care only for their basic needs to be flat out neglected. I raised this immediately via email because the director was not in for days. I called everyday, I emailed every day and I continued to contact someone through the website booking Gidget. Requesting everyday for 1, a head office representative OR an email to discuss this neglect. I was told someone would call me. No one did. The next day I did the exact same thing, was told I’d be contacted. I wasn’t. This went on for a week. I would urge you to look elsewhere before coming here. Imagine having an issues with the pure neglect of care of your children and getting radio silence, while still being charged for days. Because again, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. No second in charge, no assistant director. Nothing. The orientation was deplorable, the director at the time sat in silence with us for an hour each time without actually guiding us on what their procedures, costing, etc was. We weren’t even told they require 3 weeks costing upfront until they had already taken money from my account. The worst experience of a daycare. I wouldn’t even call it a daycare, there was NO care. Do NOT go here.

Update 28/3/25 very disappointed with upper/senior management and their manner in handling things. Complaints are being made to relevant authorities. My grandson has settled in very quickly and really enjoys going to Woodlands Long Day Care Warragul. The staff have been excellent, and the activities are fun and educational. Really enjoyed the grandparents day too!
