Our daughter attended Goodstart Young Street from when she was 18 months until 4 years old and found the educators warm, friendly, caring and always willing to go above and beyond to make our child feel happy and safe during her time there. The staff were fantastic at communicating with us and always willing to assist in supporting our child in any way necessary. Thank you for taking such good care of her.

I honestly can’t recommend this daycare enough. Both of my children have attended since they were 5 months old, and the love and care they’ve received has been incredible.<br><br>Watching my oldest grow in confidence, make friends and develop her speech has been so special. She absolutely loves going to daycare and is always talking about her educators and friends. My youngest has settled in so well, and it gives me so much comfort knowing he’s happy, safe and so well looked after.<br><br>Every educator is so kind, caring and genuinely invested in the children. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in the relationships they build with the kids. As a parent, there’s nothing more reassuring than knowing your children are excited to go each day and are in such amazing hands.<br><br>The directors also go above and beyond for anything you need!<br><br>Thank you for everything you do for our family, we’re so grateful.

The team is fantastic. The support we have received for our daughter has been wonderful, at every step of the way! Everyone is so passionate about there jobs and the roles they play. We couldn't be happier!

There are no words to express how wonderful the community at Young street Goodstart Sheidow Park are. My son started there at 1 year of age and is currently 3 transitioning into the kinder room. Trudi, Sarah and all the staff are so warm and welcoming and make my son feel so comfortable and happy to be part of the centre. I would recommend any family and friends to Goodstart. All the staff are caring, informative and assist my son in all aspects of play, and learning. My son has made lots of great friendships, come a long way in his speech and particularly loves the reading corner in the centres entrance area. :)

We have had a wonderful experience at Goodstart Early Learning. The Centre Manager Trudi and assistant manager Sarah are incredibly professional, approachable, and always goes above and beyond to ensure every child and family feels welcomed and supported.<br><br>The kindergarten educators (Mel,Dany, Aleisha and the rest)are caring, dedicated, and passionate about helping the children learn and grow. They create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to build confidence and independence.<br><br>We truly appreciate the kindness, patience, and commitment shown by the entire team. Thank you for making such a positive difference in our child's early learning journey. We highly recommend this centre to any family looking for high-quality childcare.

I am a grandparent who has had 2 grandchildren attend this childcare over the last 4 years. I am responsible for their drop off and pick up 3 days a week.<br>At all times the staff have been so friendly, caring and supportive of their individual personalities and needs.<br>I have total confidence in the care and support they are given.<br>The staff are always positive, friendly and easily approachable.<br>I would certainly recommend this Centre to any parent.

This saddens me to write and I have thought endlessly about writing this and people deserve to know what this centre is really like. While the educators are incredible, kind and caring. The director and Admin are not. The discrimination towards single parents is disgusting, yes it isn't their fault on me not having much support. But in saying that, when you send your child to a childcare, that isn't cheap, where you know the staff and have friends that work there. Which is a safer option then going to a child care you don't know, especially with child neglect being such a main issue with child cares in Adelaide, to the point some have actually been shut down because of it. I had an unfortunate situation and needed help and my friends, wanted to help me, they were then threatened from the Director and Admin over it. Their livelihood, income and workplace bullying and creating a toxic work environment, if they did not stop being friends with me, even through I had known them before, I sent my youngest daughter there, which in fact no one knew these so called policy's until my situation, I decided the best out come for me, was to take my youngest daughter out of this child care. Another parent was going to take her child out, for similar reasons, but was told by the Director herself, no its fine if you stay, we won't report you. Its discrimination, in the eyes of the law, you as a child care centre need to follow the South Australia's Equal Opportunity Act 1984. You can't discriminate against one person, but purposely give permission to another. They would say awful things about me, to staff members, call me drama and say they're glad I'm gone, all while other parents are around and I do understand not everyone will get on but it shouldn't be happening infront of other parents regardless. The director called the childcare my daughter is now going to full-time, to belittle them, to tell them what I can and can't do, trying to dictate and ran their childcare, even though its not up to her, throwing a smear campaign against me, bad mouthing me to them, my childcare now apologised endlessly to me, when none of this was their fault, they've been extremely kind to me. To make matters worse, the director had sent out a work email to her employees, stating if they have mental health issues, this isn't the industry for you. Not only does she thinks its okay to belittle and bully parents, she thinks its okay to do it to her staff and everyone else. I don't know how some people can be so cruel, the world is literally upside-down and here you are purposely hurting people. You have breached the service guidelines and policies. Similar policies that you claim help protect the child and their families.

Trudi, Sarah, Bec and the staff at Goodstart Early Learning Sheidow Park are wonderful and I could not recommend them enough. My wife and I are new parents and to say the idea of putting our baby into child care was stressful, would be a gross understatement. Trudi and Sarah went above and beyond facilitating transition days to ensure not only our son was feeling comfortable and happy but we were also feeling comfortable and supported as parents. The staff are all very lovely and quickly and seamlessly built positive relationships with our baby, making drop off a breeze as he smiles and willingly reaches for them. The centre is very family focused, with a strong emphasis on children's learning, development and wellbeing and that focus, paired with their exceptional staff, make the centre feel just like one big family. One we are are very happy to now be a part of.

Absolutely thrilled with Goodstart Sheidow Park Young Street! The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, creating a nurturing environment for my kids. They engage in fun and educational activities that my children love. I feel confident knowing they are in such great hands.

Such an amazing childcare that feels like family! Our son has been attending since he was 12 months old and he absolutely loves it. Everyone is so lovely! Knowing he is so well looked after and cared for makes drop offs easy! He has learnt so much since he started and watching him develop new skills from his days there is amazing!
