All staff are incredibly helpful and supportive, our son has settled in quickly and now really enjoys his daycare days. They are great with working with us to maintain at home routines and changes as he grows, we will certainly be enrolling any future kids :))

Both of my children have attended this centre over the past five years, and it has been an incredibly positive experience for our family. As they begin school, we are sad to be saying goodbye.<br>The administration team has always been exceptionally helpful, and the educators are kind, warm, and genuinely caring. They have always made us feel welcome and supported.<br>This centre is where my children have spent so many happy hours over the years, and I truly believe it has played a significant role in shaping them into the kind, caring children they are today.<br>I highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their children. We will miss everyone dearly.<br>Thank you to the entire SELC team for everything you have done for our family. We are so grateful.

The centre looks flashy. The rooms and play areas are modern. However they seem to struggle to manage some of the more challenging kids there. I suspect they need some more experienced educators to help reduce antisocial behaviours amongst the older boys. Within a couple weeks of going there my 3.5 yr old son was saying the f word and talking about hating girls and wanting to hurt them. It was shocking. There are also A LOT of male educators there (around 4?). And several of them were fairly odd—not making eye contact or engaging in conversation. The nappy change area in the nursery is hidden off in a corner which is an unsafe design imo and the nap rooms were completely closed while babies were sleeping in there which I thought would make it hard to know when babies wake or stir. We took our kids out after a few months and moved them to kindy patch.

My 2 kids have been with the centre since they are 6 months old (been almost 3 years now) and i will highly recommend Fletcher ELC to any family looking for a supportive team to look after their little ones and help them thrive.

At Sanctuary ELC , our spaces are more than “Classrooms” we are proud of our 6 Engaging Environments, offering a unique and entertaining spin on what you might expect. Our rooms will feel more like home; fun, relaxing and “all mine” rather than the structured and tired classrooms of days gone by.
