The team at cuddles Bertram are great, My two boys attend afternoon school and vacation care. what I like the most about the centre is the space available for children to play, large outdoor play areas to explore, great sized classes with plenty of fun-filled activities. The receptionist always greets me when i pick up and is very helpful 😊

My son loves the Hippo room, the educators are so nurturing and loving with him that he easily settled in very quickly. He is always so happy wanting to go in and play, i love getting the updates throughout the day.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Cuddles Bertram! Our son has been attending since he was 2 and still loves it at 7. Our daughter started a couple of months ago and settled in beautifully. The staff are caring, supportive, and create a safe, happy environment. Highly recommend!

Do you research before enrolling your young child. Staff neglect and use traumatic methods of punishment. This center needs to be shut down.

My little brother has been attendeding this holiday care here for a while now and he couldn’t be exited and joyful enough for the next excursions they have in mind, he always talks about how much fun he has on these excursions, would highly recommend enrolling your little ones here

The lovely people at Cuddles have been wonderful with my daughter who sometimes finds making new Friends difficult, but Cuddles were very patient with her and managed to get her out of her bubble and on to the playground with the other kids.
