My son has been to two childcares before Cuddles. I chose both because they were brand new, thinking it would be a fresh start for him.<br><br>Unfortunately, he really struggled to settle. At his last childcare, he reached a point where he would just sit in the corner, afraid to do anything or make mistakes. As a mum, it was heartbreaking to see.<br><br>My son settling into childcare was the key to me being able to go back to work. Honestly, there was a point when I thought it just wasn’t going to happen anymore.<br><br>Then one day, a mum I met at the park recommended Cuddles because she had been through a similar experience with her own child. And now, I’m just so grateful I listened to her. 🥹<br><br>Thank you, Cuddles, for giving me the peace of mind I’ve been hoping for. I can now leave my son without feeling guilty or worrying about whether he’ll be okay. Seeing him settle in, enjoy his day and no longer cry when I leave is such a big thing for us.<br><br>To all his kindy teachers, thank you for your patience, kindness and for helping my son feel safe and comfortable. You may not realise just how much this means to our family.

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Cuddle Early Learning Bertram. The team is so lovely, welcoming, and friendly, and they always make both children and families feel comfortable and supported. The natural play areas are fantastic and create such a fun and engaging environment for the kids to learn and explore. You can really see how much care and effort goes into the centre every day. Highly recommend!

My god son comes to this centre and he adores the beautiful staff especially Casey who runs the kindy room and is always going above and beyond for him at drop off The receptionist Stephanie is so lovely as well , always smiling , helpful and a wonderful face to see when entering the centre.

We couldn’t be happier with this childcare. From day one, the staff made our family feel welcome and genuinely cared for. The educators are not only highly professional but also incredibly warm, patient, and attentive with the kids. You can tell they truly love what they do. The environment is clean, safe, and well-organised, with plenty of engaging activities that support learning, creativity, and social development. Every day our child comes home happy, having learned something new, which gives us so much peace of mind. Communication has been excellent—regular updates, photos, and honest feedback make it easy to stay connected and involved. It’s clear the team goes above and beyond to create a positive, nurturing space for every child. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a childcare that feels like a second home.

My nephew goes to this centre and everytime I go I am greeting with smiles and wonderful conversations by his educators in the room , Stephanie is an amazing educator.

The team at cuddles Bertram are great, My two boys attend afternoon school and vacation care. what I like the most about the centre is the space available for children to play, large outdoor play areas to explore, great sized classes with plenty of fun-filled activities. The receptionist always greets me when i pick up and is very helpful 😊
