My son spent a few years here, daycare through to kindy. It was a positive experience and the staff are very caring and professional. I’m glad we chose Lead for childcare.

Little one i have loved going to lead at caboolture,the staff are friendly and deal with any concerns promptly.All incidents are reported straight away and the app thats available is updated in real time so you know if your little one has slept,what and how much they have eaten ect Miss Caley is fantastic at helping with any paperwork and providing information when needed.The children always have new toys regularly to play with and there is always some fun day happening (ie.crazy hair day,superhero week).I am sad that we had to leave lead caboolture due to relocating :( Little Miss still talks about you guys and says she misses her old school .Thank you to Miss Georgia and all the girls for making our time at lead great and i wish you all well in the future :)

My children (3 of them across 2 rooms) flourished at Lead. The staff became like family & loved my children as if they were there own. I would recommend Lead child care to all friends&family.

My baby was 10-18 months old and we used LEAD as an occasional care option when travelling to the area. My boy was very settled at drop off, the educators were very friendly and friendly with each other which to me was important to see that there was a well connected team looking after my boy. I thought the nursery room was well set up, I got photo updates and saw him laying in the baby hammock with a bottle looking very relaxed! He was very content at each pick up which again was a sign to me that his needs were consistently met.

Lead Childcare Caboolture is truly a home away from home not only for children and families but also the educators. I have never felt more welcome and at ease by everyone than I have being here. It is such a comfortable and warm environment and learning space. I absolutely love all the community events they participate in and the respect and acceptance of all. A place I feel I fit in

Useless kindy my son has slowly been kicked out by reducing his hours and days to force me to withdraw him because of needing to work. A month after my son has been kicked out of lead caboolture my son is now 4 weeks at a new kindy and i have not had to pick him up once due to behaviour so lead caboolture really have to look at thier workers and how they manage children in thier care. I really do regret sending my son there in the first place.

Lead childcare Caboolture is amazing. The staff take there time with all the children. Always welcoming and always with a smile on there face. Highly recommend checking them out if your looking for your little ones or school aged children.

Absolutely disgraceful! Had my son at the center who has extra abilities who they were 💯 aware of. My son was bullied, had an incident where he removed himself to get away from them (huge achievement for him) and they continued to bully him and followed him. Prior to the incident they had already thrown something at his head which ending in things to be physical which my son tried to get away to calm down. The situation would not have happened if the staff had intervened!!! They then withdrew him! I understand that it became physical but it wouldn’t have happened had staff supervised properly! And to think I was gonna sent my youngest! My son had no warnings, no supension of care just exited because they enable bullying! Stay clear. May I also add that if you look at all the recent reviews that they are not from families Georgia, Kaley ect they are all staff and is not a true reflection of the care they provide! not to mention the area manager is the directors mother in law and the maintenance man is the directors husband so talk about conflict of interest so there’s no point putting in a complaint to head office for the unfair treatment!

I’ve been with LEAD Childcare for 6 years and moved to LEAD Caboolture in 2022. From a staff perspective, the support, training, and opportunities I’ve been given have been incredible. From a parent perspective, my daughter has attended LEAD Caboolture since she was just 8 months old. She has thrived in the care of her incredible educators, each of whom has played a huge role in her development. She’s naturally a quiet child, but every room and every educator has gently helped her come out of her shell, supporting her to grow into a confident and involved learner.
