We cannot speak highly enough of YMCA Cranbourne North! From the very first day, the entire team has made our family feel so welcome and supported. As parents of a child who requires additional support, it can be daunting to find a place where your child is truly understood, included, and celebrated. But here, we have found just that—and more. The staff are incredibly compassionate, patient, and professional. They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure our child feels safe, happy, and engaged every single day. Their communication with us has been outstanding, and they always make time to share updates, listen to our concerns, and work with us as a team. It’s such a comfort knowing our child is in an environment where they are not only accepted but genuinely nurtured. We’ve seen such growth in confidence, independence, and social skills since starting here, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Such a nice centre. Always clean and all staff are lovely. Both of my children have settled in so well. The educators always communicate any issues and are very accomodating. My toddler has developed lots of social skills, the environment is fun and focuses on learning and growth.

My son has been attending the YMCA for the last 5 years and I couldn’t be any more grateful for the support he has received. The team are amazing and are always so caring to both my kids and me. I would highly recommend this centre to anymore. My son heads to school this year and can confidently say the centre and educators have been such an important part of his growth and development to be ready school.

YMCA have provided my son the best service! My son started Kindergarten Jan 2022 and was shy at first and the teachers within the Linden room have been nothing but amazing. They have provided him with the best support throughout his time at YMCA and we couldn’t be happier with all his teachers and management. My son loves attending YMCA and that speaks wonders about their facility. Continue doing the amazing work you all put in each and every day to provide care for our growing children. Definitely recommend 100%.

Our son has been attending YMCA childcare for nearly a year now and we absolutely love the service. He has turned into a happy and social little boy since starting here. The staff do an amazing job ensuring our son is safe, happy and we just love the updates of our child’s goals and achievements. The app makes it so easy for parents to see and keep updated with what is happening and the weekly newsletter is always such a delight to read and see photos. I highly recommend this service, the staff and management treat you like family, it’s a caring and loving environment to be apart of.

Both of our girls attended YMCA Cranbourne North, it has been a wonderful experience over the years. Both our girls loved attending the centre and developed a fondness for the carers at the centre. Thank you for the positive experiences. ☺️

This centre is absolutely fantastic! My son has been attending there for nearly 2 years. All the staff are welcoming & friendly. The amenities are always clean. They do soooo much with the children and you can see how happy the children are there. My son is in the Sabel room and the educators go above and beyond!

My daughter started childcare at YMCA about 3 months ago after being at her previous centre for 5 months. She has settled in so well at YMCA in the nursery with the staff, this has been so nice to see as she didn't settle at all at the previous centre. I can't thank the ladies enough for all the love and work they put into making sure she is happy and safe. The play experiences are always engaging & the yard is beautiful. We are loving this centre 😍
