I am truly grateful for the wonderful care my son Leon received at this family day care. She is incredibly kind-hearted, patient, and treats every child as if they were her own. Her gentle nature and motherly approach make the children feel safe, loved, and confident. She provides so many meaningful activities that help the kids learn, explore, and grow each day. I have seen such beautiful progress in Leon’s development, and it brings me so much joy to know he was cared for with so much love and dedication. We are leaving the suburb, and Leon already misses her deeply. I know that when he grows older, he will visit his “aunty” again and thank her for being like a second mom to him. I wholeheartedly recommend her family day care to any parent wanting a nurturing, loving, and supportive environment for their child. We miss you so much 😔 😭You have always been in our hearts, and you’ll stay there forever♥️🌹

I wish I could rate 20 stars. Uganthi (Aunty) is the most wonderful, loving and caring woman. My 8 month old son started with Uganthi 8 weeks ago and I have never seen him so happy. Uganthi welcomes him every morning with a friendly smile and his face lights up. He puts his arms out to her for a cuddle and off he goes for the day a very happy little boy. As a first time mum I have struggled with anxiety sending my son to a day care centre. I made the decision to move him into a family day care environment. From the first day that Uganthi welcomed us into her home I knew this was the right decision for my little boy. My son is thriving and developing so quickly. Uganthi plans out learning activities that my son absolutely loves and enjoys. Uganthi understands my son’s needs and reads his cues so well. He eats, sleeps and comes home everyday with something new he has learnt. Uganthi is now family for my little boy and I believe welcoming Uganthi into our lives has been a blessing.

Neili’s Family Day Care has been amazing for my son! I love family day cares over big centers—fewer kids, more attention, and less sickness. The best part? The same familiar face greets him every morning, making drop-offs easier (for both me & bub). Uganthi does this so well. My bub still cries at drop-off, but within minutes, she sends me a pic of him happy and settled—such a relief! Maybe it’s because she’s a mum too. I’ve seen such a big improvement, not just in play but in his learning and development. It’s a warm, homely place, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she provides!

Neili's family day care run by Uganthi is the best family day care one could have. She is fantastic, very helpful, kind and caring. My daughter looks forward to attending the centre every day and seeing the joy on her face and knowing that she will have a fun learning time at Uganthi's is heartening. The environment is very clean, well organized and always has fun, educational activities for the kids to do. I can not recommend Uganthi enough! An incredible facilitator who truly cares for my child and creates a home away from home. Highly recommend.

Our daughter goes to Neili’s family day care for the last 2 years, she loves going there. The owner (Uganthi) is very kinds and responsible, looks after her very well. Day care itself is clean and tidy with lots of toys and activities for kids. Signing in/off, time sheets, and invoicing is very professional and paperless, which is very convenient. Keep up the good work.

This daycare is amazing place! Very clean and very welcoming. My children have been going here for one year and I couldn’t ask for a better daycare. She is such a loving and understanding person. Her commitment is priceless . Always i feel my 2 kids going to their second home ,she is likes a mother to them❤️❤️❤️
