The staff at Illoura are not only professional but are so kind, caring and patient with all of the children. What the kids are taught throughout their days is great and the various activities that they are able to participate in are second to none. I would highly recommend to any parent looking for a great daycare.

My daughter has recently started in the toddler room and has settled in so well! We have had a great experience from day one. Her educators are great and supportive of her needs. The play spaces are inviting and engaging activities are set up throughout the day. We couldn’t be happier with the centre.

Illoura has been fantastic for our daughter and I’d highly recommend it. The staff are all warm and welcoming. They take the time to truly get to know her and are genuinely committed to supporting her learning journey and helping her build important life skills, like her self-confidence. Illoura is a centre like no other - It’s a second family and a place your child will feel is as good as home. It’s also an environment that is incredibly clean and well maintained. All of the staff care for the children in a way that makes them feel accepted, nurtured and supported. Education opportunities provided at the centre are extremely valuable and the imagination and effort the educators put in to these is beyond what is expected! Being part of the Illoura community has resulted in my children (and us as their parents) making lifelong friendships.
