Our first educator was phenomenal and has remained a huge part of our family. The fill in educators when needed were hopeless. We did receive terrible feedback about this companies staff and management team prior to engaging with them, but at the time of engagement we were desperate for an In Home Educator. The management team is appalling, there is no sense of customer service or care, their responses are abrupt, rude and passive aggressive. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They also pretend that it's a third party company running their accounts so they have the target off their back when they make mistakes. There are so many more out there who have lovely people that feel as though they genuinely care about your family needs.
