Choosing a childcare centre is always tough, but Frances Fisk Child Care Centre has been absolute magic for our family. Please don't look down on it just because it is council-run—the quality of care here is exceptional! Our baby adjusted incredibly fast, settling in within just two weeks, and has been thriving and hitting new developmental milestones ever since joining. The centre feels like a genuine home away from home. The staff are wonderful—they are honestly like a second mother to the children and look after the babies so well. A few things that really stand out: Staffing & Expertise: The centre is always well-staffed with highly trained, attentive educators. Curriculum & Activities: They have a great curriculum and provide plenty of engaging outdoor daytime activities. Environment & Nutrition: It is a safe, homely environment with absolutely no safety concerns, and they provide great, nutritious food. I cannot recommend this centre highly enough to anyone living in the area!

Francis Fisk is a wonderful Child Care Centre. Staff members treat you like family and always providing nurturing, inclusive and educational experiences for the children in care.

My daughter loves to go daycare. And she waits for her day . Educators and management is doing their best and Director Pascal is very helpful and friendly .

My son has been attending Frances Fisk for a year and a half. We are very happy with the quality of care provided at the Centre. It is a diverse and vibrant little community with a strong family culture. Many of the educators have been in childcare for 15+ years and are just like grandmothers and aunts to our children. They all bring their own unique strengths and skills to the Centre and have an incredible level of patience and nurturing. The Centre directors introduce a strong but balanced emphasis on education, real life skills and school readiness in the preschool room. They have provided my child with a wonderfully varied array of learning experiences. I love that there is so much diversity amongst the staff and families. They place a strong emphasis on celebrating and embracing all different cultures and religions and my child’s understanding of the world and people has been enriched by his exposure to such diversity. We love the beautiful enormous garden, second to none in the region. It has plenty of space for children to run around, ride tricycles, plant vegetables and flowers in the garden beds, play in the sandpit and climb on the play equipment to their heart’s content. We find it is very well equipped. The Centre has an amazing cook who prepares healthy meals fresh in the kitchen, no re-heated or instant meals. The staff are transparent and honest and communication is very frequent and keeps families well informed and updated. They hold regular events that help the families feel involved and included. We believe we have stumbled upon the best childcare service in the region and are so thankful that our child will have many many happy memories of this wonderful place. This is my daughter’s first experience of day care and she is LOVING it! The rooms are beautiful, the staff are lovely and the area outside is huge with many activities available for the kids to do - fabulous for my girl who loves the outdoors! The new centre director is lovely and is really working hard to foster good relationships with parents and to improve learning outcomes for the children. We love Frances Fisk!

My daughter was in this childcare in 2015 its was a terrible place. The director was not on most of the time. The educators were not professional and used to raise their voice on children. I dont recommend this place
