Friendly, caring, nurturing, kind and personable staff. My kids feel so loved here.

My son just turned 3 and has been attending since he was 6 months. From the moment I first visited the centre I knew that was where I wanted my son to attend I find the centre extremely clean and they have been fantastic in assisting me with toilet training. My son adores his educators and is always talking about them. I love how the educators keep me informed on his progress and give us parents an opportunity to provide feedback to the centre and participate in events. I feel 100% confident in his care the daily photos seem to show an engaging and fun environment for him. My family live interstate and they always comment on the activities i show them he has done. ‘They also comment on the variety of food that is on offer and I think that is why my son is such a good eater as he has been exposed to a variety of food from such a young age, it certainly isn’t from my cooking. I like that the educators have stayed the same which is a big plus for me to have consistency. They have always been friendly and approachable for me. I like the centre is small I really feel that works for my family , he always seems to be stimulated with a variety of activities. I like the fact that the big and little kids all eat together my son doesn’t have cousins his age so it gives him an opportunity to observe and interact with other kids. I highly recommend a tour

A lot of the positive reviews here are from staff who work there (Such as Julie and Nadine). This daycare is terrible, please don't take your lil ones here. My child always had a dirty nappy on pick up, looked like they hadn't been changed in hours. I complained a couple times and it improved slightly. Child was bullied by older children as all ages play together outside but I was never informed, I only learned about it after asking several questions to educators as my child was becoming upset attending this daycare. There's no security, front door is always unlocked and front desk is usually unattended so any stranger can walk in and approach children. If staff are distracted a child could easily be taken. This daycare is part of the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and they heavily lean into the indigenous learning (more than other daycares). Great if you want this for your kids, not so great if not. The entry staircase is unsafe especially when it rains and carrying babies up and down, I almost tripped a couple times and the lift had been broken the entire time my child attended. On a positive note, a couple of the young educators were lovely and warm towards the children and you can tell they genuinely cared for the kids. Overall, this has been the worst daycare my child has attended and I would not recommend. Management are passive aggressive towards parents especially when it comes to concerns or feedback.

A place to call home - the educators are warm, friendly and inviting! The children are vibrant, happy to be there and engaged in wonderfully diverse activities. I love how as parents we are invited to provide feedback and participate in all Centre events. My child is absolutely thriving and our car rides home are full of fun conversations about her day! That tells me it’s just like home!

Amazing! Educators and director are so full of love and care for the children and they have such a fun and educational environment. I really love that they run Ready Steady Go Kids at the centre as well! SO GOOD 🏆
