Our child has been with goodstart for over a year now and the team there has been amazing, proactive and helpful when things were not clear. We are in the process of sending out second now. Thanks to all the staff for their friendly ways, tentative nature and support for our growing family!

Our eldest child started at Goodstart Ivanhoe over a year ago and loves going! We are so grateful for the wonderful team who provide a safe, caring and fun environment for learning and playing. We are so lucky to have the staff as part of our village. Our youngest is about to start and it’s reassuring to know our kids will be so well cared for.

Our child has been at Goodstart Ivanhoe since the baby room, and over time it has really become like a second home for our family. The people there make all the difference. The educators are kind, caring and have built such lovely relationships with the children. Our child is happy, learning and making friends. As parents, that is exactly what we hoped for. We feel very lucky to be part of such a warm and supportive community, and we’re really thankful for everything the team does. She has grown so much with the team there and we couldn't have hoped for better.

The stories I have heard from a colleague who attended this service were atrocious. Even if there is another side to them which I have not heard, I've heard enough to confirm that I would not recommend this service to children and families.
