This childcare boasts an exceptionally warm and attentive staff, led by Lisa, Tammy, Hoseina, and their dedicated team of educators. From the initial drop-off to witnessing my child's developmental milestones in the nursery and toddler rooms, their unwavering support eased the "mom guilt" I felt about returning to work. Their willingness to accommodate my evolving circumstances made the transition seamless. I will definitely be entrusting my second child to their care as well.

Leaving your child with someone else can be pretty scary, but Lisa and the staff at Goodstart Pooraka made this transition really easy. Our son smiles and reaches for his educators every morning, he has developed a beautiful bond with all three regular staff in the nursery room, but particularly his lead educator Chelsea. I feel happy knowing he’s in a safe environment that is giving him the best start in life while actively trying to learn what interests and motivates our son.

Could not rate this centre higher if I tried to. Don’t quite have the words to explain how amazing they have been for my self and my family. My son absolutely loves going to childcare each day and his educators are absolutely beautiful, so understanding and welcoming. They have always been extremely accomodating with our circumstances and value our privacy so much. They mean the world to us and it’s like having another family. We love it here! Thank you to Lisa, the centre director for providing such a valuable service to our community!

Highly trained and experienced staff to look after your little ones when you are at work. The educators are super friendly,caring and cooperative. Couldnt ask for any better childcare !

My child’s well-being and safety both physical and mental was the top priority when choosing a childcare..it’s been clear from day one, that the staff at pooraka care very much about the kids. They are empathetic to my situation as a first time mum and have worked with us every step of the way to make sure my child feels comfortable when I leave them there. They communicate with me every time I drop my child off and are always keen to understand what’s going on to ensure my child has the best day possible..my child has already learned and developed so much from the interaction with other kids and the encouragement to explore and learn from staff. They are very open, honest and authentic which is extremely important when it comes to the care of my child. I am very happy with Goodstart pooraka!

The best choice we ever made was sending our daughter to attend "daycare" at Goodstart Pooraka. Comforting as first time parents to have such great people around us, and also to be able to bounce thoughts off the experienced staff. Will be a sad time when this chapter in her life comes to a close. She's very lucky to have had Goodstart Pooraka play such an important role in her early life.
