Lovely place, the staff are so kind and helpful. My daughter comes home everyday all bubbly and joyful telling me about all the things she's done. My daughter thrives there, her learning is improving rapidly each day. The manager Alice is a delight, aswell as her youngest daughter who my daughter says cares SO WELL for the children. I recommend this place very much!

We’re truly grateful to all the educators and staff at Mosman Early Learning Centre. Our child has settled in so well — from the early days of tears and separation anxiety to now looking forward to each day with excitement. She loves spending time with her little friends and often asks for cuddles from her educators — a clear sign that she feels safe, loved, and well cared for. The centre offers a rich variety of activities that spark curiosity and growth. The educators thoughtfully guide the children through play, helping them explore nature, art, and culture in meaningful ways. When I ask my daughter if she loves her centre, she gives me the most genuine, heartwarming smile — and I know she truly does.

I love Mosman ELC! Such a warm and home like centre - 2 of my 3 children have attended here and we have loved every minute of it. Alice and the educators are so dedicated and supportive. I know that every one there cherishes my children, and shares the same love and care for my children - we celebrate their achievements together! The staff and management of Mosman Early Learning Centre are extremely hard-working, caring, dedicated and professional in what they do. Mosman Early Learning Centre is a family-owned play-based 31 place service providing care for children from 6 months to school age. We're open from 730am to 6pm. We provide a warm and caring environment that promotes creativity and imagination through an interest and inquiry based program. We are approved for the Start Strong Funding for eligible 3 to 5 yr olds and run a school readiness program run by an Early Child Teacher.
At Mosman ELC we view children as facilitators and co-constructors of their own learning, fostering their inquiries and independence to discover the world they live in. We honour each child’s uniqueness as we believe every child has strengths which are expressed in many different ways.
We value the Convention on the Rights of the Child and use the Circle of Security Approach in our interactions with the children. We regard the environment as a third teacher, by creating spaces that intrinsically motiviate children and spark that inner inventor, artist, scientist or author. We bring exciting experiences to our classrooms that spark curosity and life long learning.
Our daily routine offers varied indoor and outdoor play experiences where they are exposed to nature, risky play, creativity and life skills. Play allows children to make sense of the world they live in, in a safe and secure environment. We support children’s natural curiosity, wonder, reflection, creativity, imagination and experimentation through carefully planned out routines and experiences.
