We have been part of this wonderful daycare for almost two years now, with our first child, and our second has just started. It really feels like we are part of a little community rather than just a daycare. It’s a small centre, which we absolutely love. Everyone knows everyone, and the educators are incredibly kind, warm and caring. They genuinely know the children as individuals, and it gives us such peace of mind knowing that our kids are spending their days with people who really care about them. The outdoor area is quite small, but we honestly don’t see this as a disadvantage. The educators do such an amazing job of creating fun, creative and engaging experiences for the children. There is always something going on, and our child comes home having had a day full of activities, play and new experiences. After almost two years, we have built so much trust in the team, and seeing our second child now start there feels really special. We feel very lucky to have found such a warm and caring place for both of our children. We would wholeheartedly recommend this centre to any family looking for a nurturing, close-knit daycare.

Lovely place, the staff are so kind and helpful. My daughter comes home everyday all bubbly and joyful telling me about all the things she's done. My daughter thrives there, her learning is improving rapidly each day. The manager Alice is a delight, aswell as her youngest daughter who my daughter says cares SO WELL for the children. I recommend this place very much!

We’re truly grateful to all the educators and staff at Mosman Early Learning Centre. Our child has settled in so well — from the early days of tears and separation anxiety to now looking forward to each day with excitement. She loves spending time with her little friends and often asks for cuddles from her educators — a clear sign that she feels safe, loved, and well cared for. The centre offers a rich variety of activities that spark curiosity and growth. The educators thoughtfully guide the children through play, helping them explore nature, art, and culture in meaningful ways. When I ask my daughter if she loves her centre, she gives me the most genuine, heartwarming smile — and I know she truly does.

I love Mosman ELC! Such a warm and home like centre - 2 of my 3 children have attended here and we have loved every minute of it. Alice and the educators are so dedicated and supportive. I know that every one there cherishes my children, and shares the same love and care for my children - we celebrate their achievements together! Brilliant partnerships with families, always willing to talk and build bridges between home life and time at the centre. A true hidden gem in Mosman!

The staff and management of Mosman Early Learning Centre are extremely hard-working, caring, dedicated and professional in what they do. They provide a wonderful childcare service and take great pride in all aspects of the business. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to any parent seeking childcare.

My daughter has attended this centre from the age of 8.5 months to 2 years in the nursery room. We toured many local centres before choosing this one and have had a beautiful experience there. Things we like: - small nursery room (maximum 8 babies and usually less) which has to help keep babies healthy, our daughter has been very well - for a small centre there is a lot of natural light and beautiful outdoor space, the nursery room in particular has large bay windows - quiet and dark cot room; this was a huge advantage this centre has over some of the other local smaller centres - the staff; genuinely caring and attentive to each child’s unique needs and routine, we adore the nursery room leader - adaptable routines and activities; they really got to know our daughter and amended the activities to ensure they did things she enjoys, I can’t believe how much painting, water play, craft and physical activity they fit into each day - fresh food made on site - nappies provided - long hours and support for busy parents; with my partner working away a lot my daughter has often been first-in last-out and the staff have been very supportive of me and those pressures, rather than rushing me out the door - management that are very receptive to feedback and suggestions; I’m not an easy customer! Anytime I’ve questioned anything or made suggestions my enquires have been taken in a spirit of improvement without tension or hassle - regular contact; I’ve loved receiving photos throughout the day - price; we would have paid top dollar for the right place but it turns out this centre is much more affordable than some of the other local centres There are a lot of big flashy centres in Mosman. We are so pleased we chose this centre with a beautiful home like environment without any sacrifice on professionalism.
