My boy is having wonderful time in ku Rushcutters Bay pre school . We joined the preschool early this year and the educators there have been amazing and so supportive in different ways . My boy has ASD and I was having my doubt early this year however the relaxed and nurturing environment bring the best out of my boy . He is so happy each day and engaged with teachers and chil amongst the peers. The educators proactively working with our occupation therapist in regards to his emotional regulation and social skills . They see my boy as Rufus the happy cheeky monkey who love his cars and enjoying craft and sand play , not an asd kid that need constant watching. The centre make me believe that with the right environment and right teachers , any kids can shine :) I am so grateful we have Rushcutters bay ku pre school in the community .
KU Rushcutters Bay welcomes children up to 5 years old into a relaxed and nurturing environment. A committed team of university qualified teachers and dedicated educators immerse children into interactive experiences that foster holistic, healthy development. The exciting preschool program also helps build confident and active learners, for a smooth transition to kindergarten.
The centre has been carefully designed to encourage discovery, adventure, exploration and relaxation in a safe and secure environment. The light and bright interiors are comfortable and homely, with beautiful large windows, natural timber furniture and cosy corners with rugs and cushions. Children have free time for play and learning with a huge range of toys and books.
With a natural learning focus, the centre has created a beautiful outdoor area, with trees and gardens, and wide expanses of lawn for running, bike riding and games.
