The most wonderful centre. After touring many in the area, we ended up switching to this centre because this was the only one where our child was noticeably comfortable. The caretakers are warm, nurturing, supportive and respectful. Management is proactive and the communication was always excellent. I truly felt very lucky and relieved to have been able to send our child here and trust they were in good hands. I can’t say enough good things about the women that work here, they really foster an environment for kids to grow and thrive.

It's hard to believe it's almost been a year since my daughter started here. She began in the babies' room, and like many parents, those first drop-offs were emotional. She would cry when I left, but the educators, especially Candice and Jenny, were so kind, patient, and reassuring. They made me feel confident that she was in the best hands, and with time, she settled in beautifully.<br><br>Fast forward to today, and my daughter absolutely thrives at daycare. She wakes up excited to go, loves her friends, chats non-stop, and is so happy in the toddler room. Some afternoons she doesn't even want to come home because she's having so much fun!<br><br>One thing I truly appreciate is seeing the same familiar educators every day. The consistency has made such a positive difference, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about the children and build meaningful relationships with them.<br><br>Thank you to every educator and staff member for the love, care, patience, and dedication you've shown my daughter over the past year. Knowing she is safe, happy, and loved while I'm away is the greatest comfort a parent could ask for. We are incredibly grateful for everything you do and couldn't have chosen a better daycare for our little girl.

Today is our daughter’s last day at Goodstart Parkdale and we are overwhelmed with gratitude to the wonderful educators and managers who supported her during her eight months here - thank you. We are sad that it is time for us to say goodbye. Our daughter has found a place where she belongs, where she is safe and supported to be herself. Wonderful team of educators who are so nurturing of children and receptive to parents. The team have helped our little one come out of her shell this year (she even asks to go to childcare if we keep her home on a day that she would normally be there) which has been amazing to see.
