Our little ones love it here. We are beyond happy with the centre, such wonderful and caring staff and Ruth (director) is absolutely incredible. They have a cute natural outdoor play space and plenty of trees to provide some shade on those hot summer days. Can't recommend CCCC enough!

I’m very happy that my daughter is attending this lovely centre based in a such beautiful community. I have no words to describe how nice and caring the educators are and how easy is approaching to them. See my toddler happy and comfortable while in there makes my world and I feel relaxed knowing that she’s been very well looked after. The director Ruth goes beyond and above to meet family needs, to bring reinsurance that any possible concern has been addressed and always looking for improvement. Thanks for supporting our community and families in this sublime mission of educating children.

Cygnet Community Children’s Centre is a not-for-profit, community-driven hub that values sustainability and lifelong learning. Governed by a passionate volunteer committee, including elected parents and community members, we prioritise creating deep connections within our community and the land on which we live and reside on.

We draw inspiration from various educational philosophies, including Nature Play, Playwork, Reggio Emilia, and Marte Meo. These principles are at the core of everything we do, enriching our children’s and families’ lives.

Cygnet Community Children’s Centre is an early learning centre that offers early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old. We have an amazing team of passionate teachers and educators. Our team is dedicated to ensuring every child feels safe, nurtured, and inspired throughout their early education journey. From planning adventure filled experiences, to building children’s self-confidence and resilience, right up until a child’s transition to ‘big school’.

Children and teachers grown and learn together, in our resource rich learning environments. Our centre has large engaging outdoor spaces including a climbing fort, spacious sandpits, and a veggie garden, all designed to spark the children’s imagination and encourage play.

We have engaging indoor spaces, filtered by natural light. Each area is set up to encourage exploration for children of all ages and to foster their development in all key learning areas. We strive to use natural resources in our education programs and support the children to use their imagination and express themselves in a safe and secure environment.
